I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal… I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal after purchasing a few images. Didn’t notice my credit card was being charged $25 a month until 4 months had passed. All my fault. I called and talked with Kimberly. WOW! Talk about customer service; Kimberly refunded all four months and was absolutely wonderful about the whole thing. Dreamstime should send Kimberly out to teach others about customer service.

Immediate help! Kimberly could not have been more helpful today. I’m a brand new customer & was very confused about downloads & credits etc. I’m NOT very computer savvy so I explained what I needed to do & Kimberly very carefully & kindly walked through the steps & sent the selected photo to me. A Very Satisfied Customer Because of Kimberly I’m writing this review because of KIMBERLY. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, I had to make a (temporary) change to my Dreamstime Plan and she helped me do it in such a way so that I wouldn’t lose my current credits. It’s because of her I’m continuing as a customer. She is a BLAST to work with. Then I asked if I could call her specifically if I had any problems (because she knows my account so well) and she said “sure.” That makes me happy because she already knows the ins and outs of my account. This company is not operating honestly I signed up for a free trial which provided me with 15 free images. When I downloaded an image, I was charged $30 for it. I've tried contacting them but they're not picking up the phone. I'm still waiting for them to reply to my email. Incredibly deceiving way of operating.
