Poor customer service Poor customer service, not very helpful at all. They're trying to take money from me and i don't have an account with a payment setup. I sent them a picture of the bank statement and they said they need the my account details - how silly i don't have an account!!!!!!!!!!!! This has resulted in me closing my bank account to stop them taking more money.

WARNING - ABSOLUTE SCAM! I was lured in with a promise of a 7-day "Free Trial" for Picsart. The moment I provided my PayPal details, they snatched $55.99 from my account without giving the promised free trial. They've made it impossible to cancel the subscription. This is a blatant “bait and switch”, which is against the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. I demand a refund immediately, or I will be pursuing legal action.

Picsart Gold sub not working through Revolut Supposed to get free gold subscription with Revolut Clicked redeem offer in revolut app, directed to picsart page to create account, chose to create with my Google account. App downloaded and it's the free plan Go back to revolut to start again and says offer already redeemed Now uninstalled picsart...waste of time

Total Scammers!!! I am still trying to cancel my subscription to PicSart. First they wanted me to delete it from my end which of course does not work, now the company is pretending that they do not understand my request. CANCEL MEANS CANCEL and they pretend they don't get it. I'm this close to reporting them as I see they have absolutely horrible reviews so I'm not the only one

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I am only giving this company a star because it is mandatory to write the review, I would rate no stars if I could. Picsart have been charging me twice due to a computer error and are refusing to refund me the difference. I have a feeling the customer service is just a robot as it continually tells me that subscriptions are non refundable, but as a good will gesture I have been awarded £12.00 Never mind the remaining £98 I am owed due to their error. I did not want want to cancel the whole subscription I wanted to continue paying the regular monthly amount of £12.00 not £24.00, instead their resolution is to ignore any further comments I have made and cancel the whole subscription!! Avoid this company at all cost
