Picsart Gold sub not working through Revolut Supposed to get free gold subscription with Revolut Clicked redeem offer in revolut app, directed to picsart page to create account, chose to create with my Google account. App downloaded and it's the free plan Go back to revolut to start again and says offer already redeemed Now uninstalled picsart...waste of time

DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS and will NOT issue a refund! I upgraded my subscription to Gold 14 months ago. Recently realized Picsart had continued to simultaneously charge me for the basic subscription while paying for Gold. The total amount of overcharge is about $74. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would not provide any refunds. After a few emails, they offered a refund for ONE basic subscription charge: a whopping $5.32. DISHONEST AND SHADY, WOULD NOT recommend.

I paid for a year's subscription to… I paid for a year's subscription to picsart Golden. I've been trying for a month to get them to fix the fact that I can't make artificial intelligence images because it says I have to pay. I've been talking to people about machines for a month that respond and they don't solve my problem. I'm bored and I want you to explain to me why they cut off my subscription and why I can't do anything.

Dont do it A bad website, I have made sure i did cancel it before my trail ended. And for some reason it wasnt... So i got charged for no reason and its a waste of money. My personal opinion: Stay away from this website

WARNING - ABSOLUTE SCAM! I was lured in with a promise of a 7-day "Free Trial" for Picsart. The moment I provided my PayPal details, they snatched $55.99 from my account without giving the promised free trial. They've made it impossible to cancel the subscription. This is a blatant “bait and switch”, which is against the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. I demand a refund immediately, or I will be pursuing legal action.
