WARNING - ABSOLUTE SCAM! I was lured in with a promise of a 7-day "Free Trial" for Picsart. The moment I provided my PayPal details, they snatched $55.99 from my account without giving the promised free trial. They've made it impossible to cancel the subscription. This is a blatant “bait and switch”, which is against the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. I demand a refund immediately, or I will be pursuing legal action.

Renewal Scam Renewal Scam. I checked*3* times before renewal to confirm that my subscription was cancelled. All 3 times Google Play store said that it was. ADDITIONALLY, all 3 times I attempted to remove my PayPal to ensure NO CHANCE of renewal, but all *3* times their system had an (intentional?) ERROR. Then, guess what happened? They renewed my account and charged me. 😬

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I am only giving this company a star because it is mandatory to write the review, I would rate no stars if I could. Picsart have been charging me twice due to a computer error and are refusing to refund me the difference. I have a feeling the customer service is just a robot as it continually tells me that subscriptions are non refundable, but as a good will gesture I have been awarded £12.00 Never mind the remaining £98 I am owed due to their error. I did not want want to cancel the whole subscription I wanted to continue paying the regular monthly amount of £12.00 not £24.00, instead their resolution is to ignore any further comments I have made and cancel the whole subscription!! Avoid this company at all cost

Nothing about Subscriptions Nothing about Subscriptions, money, payments. Just a review of the actual app itself. Have a gold Subscription but this app is so basic and lacks any real decent features. Every one of its AI tools are light years behind so many other options. The AI Image generator has zero features and I don't know what AI model they are using but its archaic pre 2021 quality of images. Useless gimmicks all of them. You would think with the money they pull in from Subs that the would have invested in latest AI models Dalle-3 at least.Slow clunky poorly design UI. I could go on, I don't know how this is rated so highly but its a terrible basic app, its for kids basically. Waste of money will not be renewing Subscription.

Your company is disgusting Your company is disgusting. Took £66 off my autistic daughter despite her telling them she didn't want to subscribe. They bombarded her after her 3 day trial. She has no money apart from what her parents give her. She is now really depressed as this company has refused her a refund. Disgusting company with no morals. Looking at their reviews, it seems a standard trick they pull on their customers. How can you get away with this. She has suicidal episodes and gets weekly help. You should consider this when you're ripping people off
