Your company is disgusting Your company is disgusting. Took £66 off my autistic daughter despite her telling them she didn't want to subscribe. They bombarded her after her 3 day trial. She has no money apart from what her parents give her. She is now really depressed as this company has refused her a refund. Disgusting company with no morals. Looking at their reviews, it seems a standard trick they pull on their customers. How can you get away with this. She has suicidal episodes and gets weekly help. You should consider this when you're ripping people off

Total Scammers!!! I am still trying to cancel my subscription to PicSart. First they wanted me to delete it from my end which of course does not work, now the company is pretending that they do not understand my request. CANCEL MEANS CANCEL and they pretend they don't get it. I'm this close to reporting them as I see they have absolutely horrible reviews so I'm not the only one

Dont do it A bad website, I have made sure i did cancel it before my trail ended. And for some reason it wasnt... So i got charged for no reason and its a waste of money. My personal opinion: Stay away from this website

Took my money refunded to refund Took my money even though free trail was cancelled . refusing to refund even though service has not been used . Impossible to cancel subscription. They must be absolutely desperate for money if they steal & refuse refund for £14

Poor customer service Poor customer service, not very helpful at all. They're trying to take money from me and i don't have an account with a payment setup. I sent them a picture of the bank statement and they said they need the my account details - how silly i don't have an account!!!!!!!!!!!! This has resulted in me closing my bank account to stop them taking more money.
