Nothing but good Man, I have had nothing but good times with these guys. Pics come out awesome and the year gold subscription was awesome. Well worth the money. Thanks for an awesome app.

Just garbage anymore I'm so tired of apps adding extra things that we don't need. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Picsart just had me update my app again and after this latest update I don't even know how to use the app anymore, I can't figure out how to do the simplest of things like upload a photo to even be edited. Oh and just for fun, when I updated the app it apparently went over the storage limit on my Chrome OS system so that it deleted ALL of my downloaded files to make room for this useless app that I can't even use now.

Picsart have been charging me twice due to a computer error and are refusing to refund me the difference. I have a feeling the customer service is just a robot as it continually tells me that subscriptions are non refundable, but as a good will gesture I have been awarded £12.00 Never mind the remaining £98 I am owed due to their error. I did not want want to cancel the whole subscription I wanted to continue paying the regular monthly amount of £12.00 not £24.00, instead their resolution is to ignore any further comments I have made and cancel the whole subscription!! Avoid this company at all cost

DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS and will NOT issue a refund! I upgraded my subscription to Gold 14 months ago. Recently realized Picsart had continued to simultaneously charge me for the basic subscription while paying for Gold. The total amount of overcharge is about $74. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would not provide any refunds. After a few emails, they offered a refund for ONE basic subscription charge: a whopping $5.32. DISHONEST AND SHADY, WOULD NOT recommend.

Don't even bother with this company SCAM Don't even bother with this company. They took money out of my account and wont help me locate this mysterious account I have. I don't have any accounts registered to my email addresses and they insist on having my account details. SCAM!
