App downloaded and it's the free plan Go back to revolut to start again and says offer already redeemed Now uninstalled picsart...waste of time

GBYour company is disgusting Your company is disgusting. Took £66 off my autistic daughter despite her telling them she didn't want to subscribe. They bombarded her after her 3 day trial. She has no money apart from what her parents give her. She is now really depressed as this company has refused her a refund. Disgusting company with no morals. Looking at their reviews, it seems a standard trick they pull on their customers. How can you get away with this. She has suicidal episodes and gets weekly help. You should consider this when you're ripping people off

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I am only giving this company a star because it is mandatory to write the review, I would rate no stars if I could. Picsart have been charging me twice due to a computer error and are refusing to refund me the difference. I have a feeling the customer service is just a robot as it continually tells me that subscriptions are non refundable, but as a good will gesture I have been awarded £12.00 Never mind the remaining £98 I am owed due to their error. I did not want want to cancel the whole subscription I wanted to continue paying the regular monthly amount of £12.00 not £24.00, instead their resolution is to ignore any further comments I have made and cancel the whole subscription!! Avoid this company at all cost

BEDont do it A bad website, I have made sure i did cancel it before my trail ended. And for some reason it wasnt... So i got charged for no reason and its a waste of money. My personal opinion: Stay away from this website

GRTotal Scammers!!! I am still trying to cancel my subscription to PicSart. First they wanted me to delete it from my end which of course does not work, now the company is pretending that they do not understand my request. CANCEL MEANS CANCEL and they pretend they don't get it. I'm this close to reporting them as I see they have absolutely horrible reviews so I'm not the only one
