GBYour company is disgusting Your company is disgusting. Took £66 off my autistic daughter despite her telling them she didn't want to subscribe. They bombarded her after her 3 day trial. She has no money apart from what her parents give her. She is now really depressed as this company has refused her a refund. Disgusting company with no morals. Looking at their reviews, it seems a standard trick they pull on their customers. How can you get away with this. She has suicidal episodes and gets weekly help. You should consider this when you're ripping people off

GBJust garbage anymore I'm so tired of apps adding extra things that we don't need. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Picsart just had me update my app again and after this latest update I don't even know how to use the app anymore, I can't figure out how to do the simplest of things like upload a photo to even be edited. Oh and just for fun, when I updated the app it apparently went over the storage limit on my Chrome OS system so that it deleted ALL of my downloaded files to make room for this useless app that I can't even use now.

GBDOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS and will NOT issue a refund! I upgraded my subscription to Gold 14 months ago. Recently realized Picsart had continued to simultaneously charge me for the basic subscription while paying for Gold. The total amount of overcharge is about $74. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would not provide any refunds. After a few emails, they offered a refund for ONE basic subscription charge: a whopping $5.32. DISHONEST AND SHADY, WOULD NOT recommend.

GBPicsart Gold sub not working through Revolut Supposed to get free gold subscription with Revolut Clicked redeem offer in revolut app, directed to picsart page to create account, chose to create with my Google account. App downloaded and it's the free plan Go back to revolut to start again and says offer already redeemed Now uninstalled picsart...waste of time

GBPoor customer service Poor customer service, not very helpful at all. They're trying to take money from me and i don't have an account with a payment setup. I sent them a picture of the bank statement and they said they need the my account details - how silly i don't have an account!!!!!!!!!!!! This has resulted in me closing my bank account to stop them taking more money.
