GBUnreliable! This company was working for us for about 2 months. The card all of a sudden started being declined for fraudulent activity, which we verified wasn’t accurate. They couldn’t remove the block or explain the issue so they sent a new card. We were unable to use the account for a week. The next month they decreased the credit balance with no warning and my driver couldn’t get fuel out of town. I called 3 business days ago and no resolution or explanation. They are horrible to partner with if you are a new business. I will be closing our account, since they have proven to be unreliable. DON’T DO IT!

GBTHIS COMPANY HAS PENDING GOVERNMENT ACTION. We were 2 days late with a payment and company charged 20% late fee and is now charging 6% per month interest. We were with Universal Premium/Fleetcor for over 6 years and were a good customer. We explained that we were locked out the web page and had trouble reaching anyone in customer service, hence our lateness. We asked for grace/forgiveness on the late fee and they said no. Seriously? So apparently our business is not that important to them. I saw they have a lot of other serious complaints at the BBB and they are being investigated by the government. Good for them. May karma be theirs.

GBDeserves ZERO stars! STAY AWAY!! Deserves ZERO stars! Hidden fees, exorbitant late fee for being 2 days late. They REFUSE to send any paper invoices or statements. Their website to find any information is nearly unnavigable. Customer service is non-existent. Cancelled our fleet account today & blocked all cards from use. STAY AWAY!!

GBThe Fleet Card company charges an… The Fleet Card company charges an additional $500-$800 in various nominal fees almost every other month, In addition to gas fees, they also have monthly Fleet DashFee of $29.9 , a high-risk transaction fee of $170-200 , a late fee of $399.9 -$467 even for one day late, Fraud Protector Fee $52 and an additional $15 in interest. No Charge standards. I hope this company can express the charging standards of various names to the public, otherwise, as a consumer, you really feel that you have been robbed of money. cannot be logically demonstrated. If any enterprise wants to develop in the long run, it must have integrity, and it is immoral to go the wrong way to make money. Every time I ask customer service, they don't know the charging standard. never solve the problem.Can anyone tell me where I can find a way to complain and have them refund the fee?

GBHORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! This company needs to be shut down already. They have a pending action against them by the FTC per BBB.org. They do not send their customers statements in the mail, you have to log-in to their payment portal website to access it. Only problem with that is they keep you locked out until your account becomes past due -- that's part of the grift. You have to practically beg them to email a statement and even though we have at least one email address on file, they won't be able to send it without approval from the 'back office', which can take up to 24 hours. I already mailed a check to the PO Box, or payment processing center and it cleared the bank today, but they're calling every couple of hours today asking for payment over the phone. I've spent almost an hour on the phone with their clueless reps, mostly on hold, and getting transferred all over the call center. Had this card for a little less than two months now, and it's 100% not worth it; no savings or discounts, and after we were told there'd be no fees, we were charged $12.00 just for having a 'premium' account, whatever that means.
