GBCOVID-19 OR YOUR LIFE This company treats its employees like cattle. They promised those that had the capability to be able to work from home if there was more than 10 cases of COVID 19. Well there is now over 2 dozen cases in MN alone. There is over 4K cases in the US. Still they keep holding off. They've allowed upper management to work from home, but not the supervisors or teams. Though we have the ability to do so. We are located in a huge office building that has other companies involved. We're an international company and are only a few minutes away from the international airport. Yet they will not allow us to work from. They're not taking this outbreak seriously enough.

GBWORST COMPANY EVER WORST COMPANY EVER! I cancelled my account 3 times since March 2022 (and received account closure emails all 3 times) and requested that my deposit of $500 be returned. I have called and spoke to 7 of the most incompetent people trying to get my security deposit back and have heard 10 different stories, yes 10 I had 3 people tell me 2 different stories each in the same call. Not to mention the countless ghost transfers, where you speak to one person who pretends to be reviewing your case and asked to put you on hold and a mysterious person picks up and you have to explain your issue all over again. Here we are at the end of June and I still don't have my security deposit. I'm starting a class action lawsuit and filing complaints with the BBB. FLEETCOR do not respond to this review with your lying, generic post! I am DONE talking to you.

GBI was sold on savings BUT FOOLED I was sold on savings, but this program is difficult to use, randomly charges are being declined and random stations aren't in the approved network. Customer service is lacking as well. If you are using a fuel card program already, DON'T SWITCH!

GBThis company doesn't deserve 1 star This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They a crooked beyond belief with deep pockets. The prey on small companies with there fees,and more fees then more fees. You basically need an attorney to figure a statement out. Late 2 days they throw a high risk fee,late fee and interest fee. All added it is about 40 percent of your bill. STAY AWAY!!! Customer service is also extremely useless. I can not say it enough. Stay away. Find another card
