Egencia is the worst corporate travel… Egencia is the worst corporate travel company in the world. No one speaks English, you can understand anyone, people screaming in the background, and they are no help whatsoever.

Egencia never paid the hotel and stole my money Egencia never paid the hotel. They reserved the room but I had to pay out of pocket. This was after I paid Egencia for 2 nights. I have now paid for the room 2 times. I have been fighting with this company for my money back for a month now. They first bles the hotel. Then they blamed my bank now its tech support. They have told me 4 times they have refunded me but I still don't have money back. My company's legal team is now getting involved. Egencia is a nightmare and have stolen my money.

Rude and worthless communication Once again I've received a remarkably short and quite rude answer to a request for assistance with my booking, stating only "You need to contact your Egencia sales contact.", without any further specification of where or how I might find this person or team. I'm an employee of a larger corporation and have made a flight booking via the web tool. I have no contact details to any sales contact and I definitely don't have the time to chase this information from the customer service. Again. Last time this happened I spent at least 5 hours just trying to chase the right person who could provide information, and ended up giving up. Because no one at Egencia could actually find the information I was looking for. Shape up Egencia! This is another example of the non-existing customer service you are providing.

Since changing to Egencia we have lost… Since changing to Egencia we have lost all benefits through different programs. Hilton as an example refuses to honor status so we now need to pay for WIFI, parking, additional water, early/late check ins/outs. It makes the only benefits of constantly traveling null and void. This is due to Egencia owning expedia and double dipping during booking process. Taking a cut from the company booking then again with who is being booked.

GOD AWFUL Manila-Based call center with… GOD AWFUL Manila-Based call center with the dumbest people they can find. I booked a ticket through their service this afternoon, and it never got put into the system. They have taken outsourcing / offshoring to a new low. The purchase by American Express seems to have pushed them even further down. Bottom line: If you book flights online and never have an issue, Egencia will suffice. IF, for some reason, you need a representative, hang up until you get someone in the USA. However, that's getting harder to do also - I called six times, and it was always the Philippines.
