USVideoByte DVD Creator Re-Registration Contacted VideoSolo Support Team via email after purchasing new iMac and not being able to re-register VideoByte DVD Creator. Their response was very satisfactory. My original purchase registration code was reset after three days and I am now using the software trouble free. Thank you!

GBPurchased this over 2 weeks ago and had… Purchased this over 2 weeks ago and had nothing but download issues, contacted customer support on numerous occassions as well as the company direct, they constantly replied with same information and guidance. I asked for a refund and was simply told that there was nothing wrong with the product and that I cannot have a refund, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired as well as their attitude towards consumers...My recommendation is that you give this company a wide berth, especially if you are located in UK

USThe software is acceptable, the company is responsive but waiting is required. The software is acceptable (does not function perfectly nor consistently without issues). However, the company has responded multiple times to my concerns and corrected license issues for me. I have purchased from them multiple times, for different Windows-based computers. If you upgrade your computer hardware (new motherboard/hard drive), you will have to contact them to get your license to work again (which will involve a wait as you explain what is wrong and wait for the time difference for a response). They do not respond quickly as they are in a different time zone, and you must wait at least 24 hours for a response, depending on where you live, I am in Pacific Time. While you wait for a response you will not have a working product that you paid for. So, if you purchase from them be aware that you will need to be in contact with them (over the years) to keep your software operating, be patient, and make sure you keep good purchase records.
