Awaiting Refund for Almost a Week - Disappointed Problem solved

Videosolo is awesome Videosolo is awesome! I had a regular zoom class going on but my work schedule changed and wasn’t able to participate for the class however thanks to VS I can record it and rewatch it later. Thank you VS!

I purchased VideoSolo bluray ripper and… I purchased VideoSolo bluray ripper and it had some issues with some video's and trying to get any support was very difficult. now I've purchased a New PC and on thier web site they state to send a request and they will free the license for ere-install onto new systems, I have now send 3 service/help requests with no answer. do yourself a favor and buy something else! I got a reply from them saying they haven't received any emails..... I didn't send emails, I filled out service requests right from their web site. if they are not getting support requests from their own web site then they truly are leaving customers high and dry.....

Very nice, easy to use product! I have used several similar products and found VideoByte to be very easy to use. The customer support is courteous and helpful.

The software provides error free and… The software provides error free and continuous screen recording. It is extremely useful in recording zoom meeting, online teaching etc so that we can review the recording whenever we are free.
