BBI have been trying to reach Videosolo… Thank you, Trustpilot and VideoSolo, for the speedy response to my issue. The licence is now transferred to my new computer. I have been trying to reach Videosolo support for the past week, and they do NOT respond. I am trying to transfer my licence from an old computer to a new one and therefore need to code reset.

USI purchased the video converter… I purchased the video converter ultimate software some time ago and when I went to use it today it said I needed to update to the laterest software. When i did that I found that it had reverted to the trial version and when I tried to register I get a message saying 'The registration code has already been used. Error code 4104. I was able to eventually contact customer support by email and they replied to inform me that they had reset my activation code and I was able to get full access to the product purchased.

BRI am loving the video downloader I really liked the video downloader, it is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. It downloads videos in amazing resolutions and works perfectly. It made my job 100% easy.
