BRI am loving the video downloader I really liked the video downloader, it is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. It downloads videos in amazing resolutions and works perfectly. It made my job 100% easy.

GBThe software is acceptable, the company is responsive but waiting is required. The software is acceptable (does not function perfectly nor consistently without issues). However, the company has responded multiple times to my concerns and corrected license issues for me. I have purchased from them multiple times, for different Windows-based computers. If you upgrade your computer hardware (new motherboard/hard drive), you will have to contact them to get your license to work again (which will involve a wait as you explain what is wrong and wait for the time difference for a response). They do not respond quickly as they are in a different time zone, and you must wait at least 24 hours for a response, depending on where you live, I am in Pacific Time. While you wait for a response you will not have a working product that you paid for. So, if you purchase from them be aware that you will need to be in contact with them (over the years) to keep your software operating, be patient, and make sure you keep good purchase records.

GBThumbs up to the Videosolo Bluray Suite The videosolo bluray suite has an intuitive interface and works quickly and adapts to new hardware effectively. I added a higher end graphics card which speeded up processes considerably.
