I have been trying to reach Videosolo… Thank you, Trustpilot and VideoSolo, for the speedy response to my issue. The licence is now transferred to my new computer. I have been trying to reach Videosolo support for the past week, and they do NOT respond. I am trying to transfer my licence from an old computer to a new one and therefore need to code reset.

Excellent Product I made a purchase mistake and videosolo is doing a good job helping me rectify the mistake. The product works exactly as I wanted it to, so I am buying it.

Cancelled, But Still Charged And NO REFUND! I cancelled my subscription to VideoSolo DVD ripper on Nov. 30,2022 and they still billed me 53.95 for a full new year of service on Dec. 1,2022. After being in contact with VideoSolo, Paddle.com and PayPal multiple times, I am still unable to secure a refund. This business is very shady and unethical. Stay Away!

The software is acceptable, the company is responsive but waiting is required. The software is acceptable (does not function perfectly nor consistently without issues). However, the company has responded multiple times to my concerns and corrected license issues for me. I have purchased from them multiple times, for different Windows-based computers. If you upgrade your computer hardware (new motherboard/hard drive), you will have to contact them to get your license to work again (which will involve a wait as you explain what is wrong and wait for the time difference for a response). They do not respond quickly as they are in a different time zone, and you must wait at least 24 hours for a response, depending on where you live, I am in Pacific Time. While you wait for a response you will not have a working product that you paid for. So, if you purchase from them be aware that you will need to be in contact with them (over the years) to keep your software operating, be patient, and make sure you keep good purchase records.

This is the best video converter I have… This is the best video converter I have ever used!! It was able to successfully convert my videos and in perfect quality!
