GBI wanted to purchase from store... I wanted to purchase from store... NOT have a sales clerk fill out an online order ... I could have done that myself and not driven to the store ... not cool ... and just didn't feel comfortable ... going to have store ship to my house, as I won't be back

Alex is a flat out rockstar. I have worked with him several times on purchases and trades. He goes the extra mile to make sure I get what I want and gives me a fair deal. He goes above and beyond every time. He calls other stores to check inventory, checks with his manager on discounts and truly listens and understands my wants and needs. I have been shopping at this store since the early 2000s and I feel it has only gotten better. Please continue to higher people like Alex. It is the people that make the difference.

GBDone with GC. I've bought many items from GC but am now done. I ordered a speaker but changed my mind before it shipped. There was no clear way to cancel so thought I'd just return it locally but when I attempted the sales person pointed out the small print on the page, "no return" and even after getting a manager then discussing with corporate, no refund, no return. Which results in a $45 denial losing them a repeat customer.
