GBIt’s been almost 2 hours and my order… It’s been almost 2 hours and my order for in store pickup hasn’t been processed. I physically came into the store today and was told it’s going to take a few hours for them to process the order for the items they have in stock

GBI was having some trouble placing my… I was having some trouble placing my order to be picked up at store and wasn't sure if I had to buy a pedal and seat . And they helped me get everything I needed, helped in the price, and really simple fast and accurate. Thanks a lot

GBPerson I dealt with was very attentive… Person I dealt with was very attentive and had a great personality. The only thing is the store unfortunately is understaffed. Many people waiting for service and only 2 staff. Each transaction takes a bit of time and all of the transactions are not quickly processed.

GBOrder was cancelled and now I reordered… Order was cancelled and now I reordered the same item. Too many recent transactions are not going smooth. I don't have this issue with other sites.

GBReceived Different Case Than What Was In Description The guitar arrived yesterday in great physical condition, although the volume pot is defective. Between 8 & 9 (on the control knob), there's no output, dead silence. Also, the online ad stated "original hardcase included". It was not. What arrived is the black Gibson softcase that Les Paul Studio models include. That was pretty disappointing. I've been a long time customer and this is the first time that what was described was incorrect.
