A confirmed order canceled not by me. My original order (Order Number: GCSF0002550925) was confirmed on April 20th by e-mail. Today I get a phone call saying that the order of the mahogany D-15 was canceled. I did not cancel it. Can you tell me how a confirmed order gets canceled by someone other than me? On top of that no one can tell me how it got canceled. I would like to know what happened and/or how this happened! I was in contact with Gear Adviser Paul after I was informed that my order was canceled, and he bent over backward to make it right. He is the only reason that I reordered a different guitar from Guitar Center. Needless to say I was upset! I hope the guitar that I reordered is satisfying.

Person I dealt with was very attentive… Person I dealt with was very attentive and had a great personality. The only thing is the store unfortunately is understaffed. Many people waiting for service and only 2 staff. Each transaction takes a bit of time and all of the transactions are not quickly processed.

Hopefully and thanks to Raul/Tempe Talked with Raul, great associate at guitar center Tempe. He's helped me with a lot of gear. He helped me navigate this backorder snafu. It looks like the 70th anniversary strat in amethyst is back in stock. Hopefully my order goes through today. appreciate the in-store support!

I understand that you didn't refund the… I understand that you didn't refund the shipping. But I wish the refund was immediate instead of 3-5 business days, because it says on the website that if you return the item to the store, the refund will be immediate. However, after I returned the item to the store, I got an email saying that I still had to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.
