Best CSRep experience! I had a CSRep named Alex who took my call and he was very helpful, patient and professional and very knowledgeable. He even helped me apply for a GC credit card and thoroughly explained everything from the financing point of view ro the extended warranty option and the 45 day trial period and much more. He assured me of watching over my account and item ordered and track its shipping. It was a pleasant sequence of events dealing with people like Alex.

Hopefully and thanks to Raul/Tempe Talked with Raul, great associate at guitar center Tempe. He's helped me with a lot of gear. He helped me navigate this backorder snafu. It looks like the 70th anniversary strat in amethyst is back in stock. Hopefully my order goes through today. appreciate the in-store support!

I wanted to purchase from store... I wanted to purchase from store... NOT have a sales clerk fill out an online order ... I could have done that myself and not driven to the store ... not cool ... and just didn't feel comfortable ... going to have store ship to my house, as I won't be back

We came in for some small items but… We came in for some small items but left with a almost $80 bill. We were treated like we were beneath contempt. Anything small asked for was not worth his trouble. He apparently doesn't realize I was in the market for some expensive items in the near future and i know now that if I want care and service for my instruments, I should look elsewhere...

Received Different Case Than What Was In Description The guitar arrived yesterday in great physical condition, although the volume pot is defective. Between 8 & 9 (on the control knob), there's no output, dead silence. Also, the online ad stated "original hardcase included". It was not. What arrived is the black Gibson softcase that Les Paul Studio models include. That was pretty disappointing. I've been a long time customer and this is the first time that what was described was incorrect.
