I was having some trouble placing my… I was having some trouble placing my order to be picked up at store and wasn't sure if I had to buy a pedal and seat . And they helped me get everything I needed, helped in the price, and really simple fast and accurate. Thanks a lot

Person I dealt with was very attentive… Person I dealt with was very attentive and had a great personality. The only thing is the store unfortunately is understaffed. Many people waiting for service and only 2 staff. Each transaction takes a bit of time and all of the transactions are not quickly processed.

Fairview Heights Guitar Center is the… Fairview Heights Guitar Center is the best! It is a great group of people really looking forward to helping customers get into the world of music. Alex is a flat out rockstar. I have worked with him several times on purchases and trades. He goes the extra mile to make sure I get what I want and gives me a fair deal. He goes above and beyond every time. He calls other stores to check inventory, checks with his manager on discounts and truly listens and understands my wants and needs. I have been shopping at this store since the early 2000s and I feel it has only gotten better. Please continue to higher people like Alex. It is the people that make the difference.

CSR Tom (in Bloomington, IN) rocks!! I had an issue with a new Marshall amp that I ordered online last week. Even after confirming via an email afterwards that I did not want a floor model from a local store, but rather, a new one in the original packaging, the "local store" shipped me a floor model anyway. I called the GC customer service line to hopefully halt the shipping and was lucky enough to have "Tom" answer. He was great! He was able to reroute the amp so that it didn't ship to me, and instead found me a brand new one using a nationwide search (since they were backordered on the factory end). Hats off to Tom from Bloomington, Indiana. A joy to work with.
