GBFairview Heights Guitar Center is the… Fairview Heights Guitar Center is the best! It is a great group of people really looking forward to helping customers get into the world of music. Alex is a flat out rockstar. I have worked with him several times on purchases and trades. He goes the extra mile to make sure I get what I want and gives me a fair deal. He goes above and beyond every time. He calls other stores to check inventory, checks with his manager on discounts and truly listens and understands my wants and needs. I have been shopping at this store since the early 2000s and I feel it has only gotten better. Please continue to higher people like Alex. It is the people that make the difference.

GBWe came in for some small items but… We came in for some small items but left with a almost $80 bill. We were treated like we were beneath contempt. Anything small asked for was not worth his trouble. He apparently doesn't realize I was in the market for some expensive items in the near future and i know now that if I want care and service for my instruments, I should look elsewhere...

GBReceived Different Case Than What Was In Description The guitar arrived yesterday in great physical condition, although the volume pot is defective. Between 8 & 9 (on the control knob), there's no output, dead silence. Also, the online ad stated "original hardcase included". It was not. What arrived is the black Gibson softcase that Les Paul Studio models include. That was pretty disappointing. I've been a long time customer and this is the first time that what was described was incorrect.

GBI understand that you didn't refund the… I understand that you didn't refund the shipping. But I wish the refund was immediate instead of 3-5 business days, because it says on the website that if you return the item to the store, the refund will be immediate. However, after I returned the item to the store, I got an email saying that I still had to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.

GBA confirmed order canceled not by me. My original order (Order Number: GCSF0002550925) was confirmed on April 20th by e-mail. Today I get a phone call saying that the order of the mahogany D-15 was canceled. I did not cancel it. Can you tell me how a confirmed order gets canceled by someone other than me? On top of that no one can tell me how it got canceled. I would like to know what happened and/or how this happened! I was in contact with Gear Adviser Paul after I was informed that my order was canceled, and he bent over backward to make it right. He is the only reason that I reordered a different guitar from Guitar Center. Needless to say I was upset! I hope the guitar that I reordered is satisfying.
