GBI wanted to purchase from store... I wanted to purchase from store... NOT have a sales clerk fill out an online order ... I could have done that myself and not driven to the store ... not cool ... and just didn't feel comfortable ... going to have store ship to my house, as I won't be back

GBFairview Heights Guitar Center is the… Fairview Heights Guitar Center is the best! It is a great group of people really looking forward to helping customers get into the world of music. Alex is a flat out rockstar. I have worked with him several times on purchases and trades. He goes the extra mile to make sure I get what I want and gives me a fair deal. He goes above and beyond every time. He calls other stores to check inventory, checks with his manager on discounts and truly listens and understands my wants and needs. I have been shopping at this store since the early 2000s and I feel it has only gotten better. Please continue to higher people like Alex. It is the people that make the difference.

GBBest CSRep experience! I had a CSRep named Alex who took my call and he was very helpful, patient and professional and very knowledgeable. He even helped me apply for a GC credit card and thoroughly explained everything from the financing point of view ro the extended warranty option and the 45 day trial period and much more. He assured me of watching over my account and item ordered and track its shipping. It was a pleasant sequence of events dealing with people like Alex.

GBI understand that you didn't refund the… I understand that you didn't refund the shipping. But I wish the refund was immediate instead of 3-5 business days, because it says on the website that if you return the item to the store, the refund will be immediate. However, after I returned the item to the store, I got an email saying that I still had to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.
