Best CSRep experience! I had a CSRep named Alex who took my call and he was very helpful, patient and professional and very knowledgeable. He even helped me apply for a GC credit card and thoroughly explained everything from the financing point of view ro the extended warranty option and the 45 day trial period and much more. He assured me of watching over my account and item ordered and track its shipping. It was a pleasant sequence of events dealing with people like Alex.

Available for In-store pickup then was shipped??? I was told the item was available for in-store pickup when I placed the order, and 5 hours later was told the item shipped. I didn't even provide an address for the item to be shipped to because during purchase I was told I'd be able to pick it up at the store. False advertisement; don't take my money if you don't have the item available for sale.

We came in for some small items but… We came in for some small items but left with a almost $80 bill. We were treated like we were beneath contempt. Anything small asked for was not worth his trouble. He apparently doesn't realize I was in the market for some expensive items in the near future and i know now that if I want care and service for my instruments, I should look elsewhere...

CSR Tom (in Bloomington, IN) rocks!! I had an issue with a new Marshall amp that I ordered online last week. Even after confirming via an email afterwards that I did not want a floor model from a local store, but rather, a new one in the original packaging, the "local store" shipped me a floor model anyway. I called the GC customer service line to hopefully halt the shipping and was lucky enough to have "Tom" answer. He was great! He was able to reroute the amp so that it didn't ship to me, and instead found me a brand new one using a nationwide search (since they were backordered on the factory end). Hats off to Tom from Bloomington, Indiana. A joy to work with.

Order was cancelled and now I reordered… Order was cancelled and now I reordered the same item. Too many recent transactions are not going smooth. I don't have this issue with other sites.
