GRfailed to deliver I placed an order, they sent me information as they should, didn't charge me before delivery, so all well at first. After that, i contacted their support numerous times, and they assured me that everything was alright, but after two whole months of back and forth, they admitted that they ve never had my product and would never deliver it! Two months of lies, only to fill my inbox with their coupons.

GBReceived Different Case Than What Was In Description The guitar arrived yesterday in great physical condition, although the volume pot is defective. Between 8 & 9 (on the control knob), there's no output, dead silence. Also, the online ad stated "original hardcase included". It was not. What arrived is the black Gibson softcase that Les Paul Studio models include. That was pretty disappointing. I've been a long time customer and this is the first time that what was described was incorrect.

GBWe came in for some small items but… We came in for some small items but left with a almost $80 bill. We were treated like we were beneath contempt. Anything small asked for was not worth his trouble. He apparently doesn't realize I was in the market for some expensive items in the near future and i know now that if I want care and service for my instruments, I should look elsewhere...

GBIt’s been almost 2 hours and my order… It’s been almost 2 hours and my order for in store pickup hasn’t been processed. I physically came into the store today and was told it’s going to take a few hours for them to process the order for the items they have in stock
