I appreciate the vet that helped me during the chat; I received plenty of advice and information simply by answering questions that the vet asked. Even further to ask if I still have more concerns. The only slight issue I encountered was not being notified when I closed my phone as I was "next in line" for the vet.

I recently adopted an adorable little mixed Pom and signed up for Pawp after research (admittedly I should have put more time into this), and when Chucky got hurt from a sprained leg playing in the dog park, Pawp did everything they can find a reason to not cover him. I paid for insurance for these type of exact accidental injuries, so now I’m fighting to get Chucky’s medical reimbursed and wasting weeks with their representative. LOOK INTO NATIONWIDE instead, my parents use them and they never had an issue.
