Good help from caring professionals So far, we've only used Pawp as a step to help decide whether to take our pet to the vet first or try home remedies first. The professionals I have "talked" to ask clarifying questions and give some education on the condition and/or what might be causing it. So far, I've been able to avoid two costly trips to the vet's office.

DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM. I recently adopted an adorable little mixed Pom and signed up for Pawp after research (admittedly I should have put more time into this), and when Chucky got hurt from a sprained leg playing in the dog park, Pawp did everything they can find a reason to not cover him. I paid for insurance for these type of exact accidental injuries, so now I’m fighting to get Chucky’s medical reimbursed and wasting weeks with their representative. LOOK INTO NATIONWIDE instead, my parents use them and they never had an issue.

I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because… I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because Pawp denied refund, Their reasoning: I did not bring my 13 year-old beagle to see the vet soon enough. My dog was throwing up couple of times, starting around 10 days before he died. After 10 days we thought that has to be something serious and brought him to the vet. They found a mass obstructing the intestines… Likely cancer. Not sure it would help to bring him to the vet 10 days earlier, given the symptoms.

You use that same BullCrap excuse about… You use that same BullCrap excuse about submitted documents with everybody. Yet when I try to contact you via support or email. I get no valid response. You don't have live chat, You don't reply to any emails. I dare you to contradict this! I dare you to present a phone number or actual live chat. You won't because your a scam! Update: BullS#/+!. There's nothing live about your Chat. You don't respond to emails but to rate your scamming service. I am a customer, now former customer due to your lack of respect. If you people actually respond to customers. The way you're trolling these reviews. There wouldn't be any problems.

the doctor was great and receptive the doctor was great and receptive, however, we think she may have missed the mark a bit...it seems that fleas which is what our pup has is a reason for most of the symptoms he is experiencing. once we removed the fleas and gave him flea medicine his health turned around quickly...he is eating on his own and his poop is continuing to solidify
