Saved my best friend My 11 year old Papillon was rowdy and hyper until she wasn't. I noticed her tongue was blue and she was crying. After consulting the DVM on xoom, I followed advice and ran her to the ER immediately. She could have died had I waited. For two days, as the meds kicked in, I got no sleep and couldn't eat. They sent me instructions on filing out the reimbursement but I was so exhausted I could barely function. Despite my inability to follow directions and complete incoherence, they worked with me. No longer a trustworthy company! I joined PAWP when they were new and they were and did everything they said they were, I think to boost confidence and reviews. Now that they have grown, DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will find a way to increase your payment. I was grandfathered in to a $14 a month emergency fund and they found a way to increase to $19 and now will not refund my mendbership. They are very sketch now and as you can see from recent reviews, do not expect then to do right by you. It was a good idea, then they grew and got greedy.

My German shepherd had a emergency ER… My German shepherd had a emergency ER visit. I contacted Pawp and was told to take her to ER which I did ...too long of a story. But long story short I purchased this for we travel and wanted some insurance if something like this happen. But when I tried to get reimbursed for the ER visit I had to jump thru hoops ...I paid for emergency insurance!!!! I debated with them for awhile and was still turned down because I did not let them keep my dog overnight! They said I turned down the vet recommendations...which I took all the meds and the diet change but I was not going to let them keep my dog in strange city and not my vet. Just find another insurance for your pet other than Pawp!!!

I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because… I am sitting on $1700 vet bill because Pawp denied refund, Their reasoning: I did not bring my 13 year-old beagle to see the vet soon enough. My dog was throwing up couple of times, starting around 10 days before he died. After 10 days we thought that has to be something serious and brought him to the vet. They found a mass obstructing the intestines… Likely cancer. Not sure it would help to bring him to the vet 10 days earlier, given the symptoms.

I genuinely cannot say enough about how… I genuinely cannot say enough about how wonderful Pawp has been for me! My girls have had numerous issues from spaying surgeries, bladder crystals, UTIs, to URIs and the staff has ALWAYS helped me! Regardless of the time of day or amount of questions I have, the techs and vets are always so thorough in their assistance. I have saved so many trips to the vet because I’ve received wonderful care through pawp. The techs and vets are so invested they check up on my girls and how they are doing! Best, BEST service for pet babies, everyone on the site is fantastic!
