GBthe doctor was great and receptive the doctor was great and receptive, however, we think she may have missed the mark a bit...it seems that fleas which is what our pup has is a reason for most of the symptoms he is experiencing. once we removed the fleas and gave him flea medicine his health turned around quickly...he is eating on his own and his poop is continuing to solidify

GBWould give it 100 stars if I could. I received a free years subscription with Walmart + and decided to add the Protection Plan. Best decision ever! Two months later my lab puppy got aspiration pneumonia from trying to eat a sprinkler stream (yes lab puppies are dumb) I chatted with the online app. They recommended I take her to my vet. $1400 later we were on our way home. I submitted the necessary paperwork to Pawp and in a week the deposited the money in my checking account. Definitely worth it. A the best thing about the $3,000 on the policy is that you can use it on any dog or pet you have in the app so it covers all your pets for $14 a month.

GBNo longer a trustworthy company! I joined PAWP when they were new and they were and did everything they said they were, I think to boost confidence and reviews. Now that they have grown, DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will find a way to increase your payment. I was grandfathered in to a $14 a month emergency fund and they found a way to increase to $19 and now will not refund my mendbership. They are very sketch now and as you can see from recent reviews, do not expect then to do right by you. It was a good idea, then they grew and got greedy.

GBHallie was amazing! Hallie was amazing. Very quick response considering I reached out past midnight. She was patient, took the time to ask questions about my pet's condition, to Google conversion of how much chocolate per lb of weight is toxic etc. Hallie answered all my questions and helped me feel more assured. Thank you!

GBDO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM. I recently adopted an adorable little mixed Pom and signed up for Pawp after research (admittedly I should have put more time into this), and when Chucky got hurt from a sprained leg playing in the dog park, Pawp did everything they can find a reason to not cover him. I paid for insurance for these type of exact accidental injuries, so now I’m fighting to get Chucky’s medical reimbursed and wasting weeks with their representative. LOOK INTO NATIONWIDE instead, my parents use them and they never had an issue.
