I genuinely cannot say enough about how… I genuinely cannot say enough about how wonderful Pawp has been for me! My girls have had numerous issues from spaying surgeries, bladder crystals, UTIs, to URIs and the staff has ALWAYS helped me! Regardless of the time of day or amount of questions I have, the techs and vets are always so thorough in their assistance. I have saved so many trips to the vet because I’ve received wonderful care through pawp. The techs and vets are so invested they check up on my girls and how they are doing! The calm in the storm Courtney kept me calm when I thought I couldn’t be…my 9 year old pup Sheba had been attacked by a dog while we were out on our walk, there weren’t many puncture wounds, but the ones she had were deep and she was bleeding. Courtney answered my questions and gave me insight on what to expect. Sheba continued bleeding after holding pressure for a little over an hour; at that point it was decided to get Sheba checked out to ensure that she didn’t having a clotting disorder. Sheba got her wounds washed out well, antibiotics and pain meds were given, and we were on our way home. Sheba is now on the mend.

Saved my best friend My 11 year old Papillon was rowdy and hyper until she wasn't. I noticed her tongue was blue and she was crying. After consulting the DVM on xoom, I followed advice and ran her to the ER immediately. She could have died had I waited. For two days, as the meds kicked in, I got no sleep and couldn't eat. They sent me instructions on filing out the reimbursement but I was so exhausted I could barely function. Despite my inability to follow directions and complete incoherence, they worked with me. Hallie was amazing! Hallie was amazing. Very quick response considering I reached out past midnight. She was patient, took the time to ask questions about my pet's condition, to Google conversion of how much chocolate per lb of weight is toxic etc. Hallie answered all my questions and helped me feel more assured. Good help from caring professionals So far, we've only used Pawp as a step to help decide whether to take our pet to the vet first or try home remedies first. The professionals I have "talked" to ask clarifying questions and give some education on the condition and/or what might be causing it. So far, I've been able to avoid two costly trips to the vet's office.
