GBHorrible customer service!!! Preordered a Christmas album. It came in a timely fashion...packed in super thin box with no cardboard backing or padding or fragile id anywhere on package. Opened the box and the sealed record was mangled. Deep creases all over from where the box and therefore, record cover, was bent all the way flush. No phone number, so sent in a request via email with clear pics. Got the ol' we'll give you a 10% refund notice. Haha, i wish i could include pics here. Ridiculous customer service. Wish i read these reviews earlier before ordering. For the naysayer post, just keep ordering. You'll run into this soon enough.

GBStill haven't been refunded for a cancelled order Purchased $60 worth of items from them. Was told the items were going to be delayed and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was told I'd receive a refund in 3-10 days. Over 2 weeks went by, not a word from them. Finally I file a dispute with my credit card, and they get back to me nearly a month later saying they won't deal with me until I close the dispute. Still haven't gotten it resolved. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from their site.

CAWorst service I've ever experienced Worst service I've ever experienced. Delay after delay, no real communication and selling stuff they don't even have stock of. They've already cost me the chance at one release and have delayed another shipment by over a month. Have tried to cancel but they will not respond!

GBAwful communication Pre-ordered the limited edition green vinyl of Paul Weller - Wild Wood with a release date of 14/10. The day arrived but I had had no dispatch confirmation. I could see on Twitter that other stores had it in stock so I was confused as to why I hadn't received anything. I asked via live chat what was going on. Supposedly they hadn't had their stock come in yet. So why did every other store have it? The worst thing is that clearly they knew this but couldn't be bothered to inform customers via a quick email. What dreadful customer service! Well, they've lost a customer. Will never order from them again. The only redeeming feat was the live chat staff, who immediately offered a refund. I quickly reordered elsewhere.

CADo not order from u Discover Music Canada I ordered two exclusive records. It was shipped out but some how it ended up in the states due to the wrong address (somehow and someone changed it). After waiting about a week of waiting it was sent back to the warehouse. From my understanding they were just gonna ship it out and then I received an email that one of them is out of stock. Which makes no sense since I originally ordered two and they were sent. It is so hard to get ahold of anyone, you’re constantly playing email tag and you have a group of people responding to one email so it’s pretty confusing instead of one person. I’m not even sure what hours they work cause I get emails at all times. They seemed to respond fairly quickly when I was having issues tracking it down. Since now there is issues and refunds involved they aren’t so quick to respond.
