Awful communication Pre-ordered the limited edition green vinyl of Paul Weller - Wild Wood with a release date of 14/10. The day arrived but I had had no dispatch confirmation. I could see on Twitter that other stores had it in stock so I was confused as to why I hadn't received anything. I asked via live chat what was going on. Supposedly they hadn't had their stock come in yet. So why did every other store have it? The worst thing is that clearly they knew this but couldn't be bothered to inform customers via a quick email. What dreadful customer service! Well, they've lost a customer. Will never order from them again. The only redeeming feat was the live chat staff, who immediately offered a refund. I quickly reordered elsewhere.

After 4 Months of Waiting - Order Cancelled I placed an order on October 25th, 2023 for an album by Víkingur Ólafsson, "Goldberg Variations - LP w/ Signed Lithograph". I then waited patiently with no delivery month after month. I reached out several times asking for an update with a constant answer of "Production Delay". Then, in mid February 2024 I noticed the product no longer available on their website. I emailed in and receive a "let me look into this further" with no response for two further weeks. Well, I finally have my answer on February 29th, 2024, "Unfortunately, we are now out of stock of the following items in your order. Because of this, we've provided you with the appropriate refund." I waited from October 25th, 2023 to February 29th 2024 with No Delivery. Buyers Beware. Stay Clear.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, really don't care about customer once they have ure money. Avoid. Ordered wrong item, realised immediately and emailed. Response within less than 5 minutes to say it couldn't be cancelled as shipped already. Complete lies. I got shipping notification email 4 hours later. Customer services simply ignored my emails Terrible company

Why no reply? As another poster has said, ordered over two weeks ago following a promo. Said 3-5 day delivery and still nothing. Contacted them three times via form on site - no answer. Called listed phone number - does not exist. Emailed today - let’s see what happens. Very frustrating.

I purchased a Let it Be picture disc… I purchased a Let it Be picture disc from this website. It shipped, no problem. On receiving the vinyl, it is NOT a picture disc but a rerelease. Contacted them and was told that it was no problem, I would receive a prepaid return label. New service agent says no, I received the correct item according to the bar code. Still able to return but must pay for shipping. I have sent a picture of the listing. As a consumer, how would we know if the bar code was actually for a different product! Ridiculous! Would not recommend purchasing from there, customer service horrible!!!
