GBFirst and Last Time Doing Business with UDiscover This was my first time doing business with UDiscover Music, and it will be my last. I preordered a record a month ago and on the day of it's release, I received an email stating that the order could not be fulfilled and that I'd be getting my money back in 3-10 business days. When I contacted customer service about this issue, the answer I received was, "All the items that we have available for purchase are currently listed in the store. If an item you are inquiring about is not listed, it means that we no longer have it for sale. We're sorry for the inconvenience." In no way was that an adequate answer to my inquiry. There is no point to being able to preorder an album when they can just cancel the order on the date of release. This company is a joke.

GBVery happy customer:-) I was very sceptical about ordering from this site due to the really bad reviews.I am so glad that I did though,I have had a super service from this company. I ordered a blu ray A-ha dvd at a great price and brand new that I could not find anywhere else. It arrived about eight days after ordering and having just watched it I am over moon. I cannot recommend this company enough,I do live in the UK whether that makes a difference or not i do not know but I would not hesitate to purchase from them again:-)

CAWorst service I've ever experienced Worst service I've ever experienced. Delay after delay, no real communication and selling stuff they don't even have stock of. They've already cost me the chance at one release and have delayed another shipment by over a month. Have tried to cancel but they will not respond!

CAAfter 4 Months of Waiting - Order Cancelled I placed an order on October 25th, 2023 for an album by Víkingur Ólafsson, "Goldberg Variations - LP w/ Signed Lithograph". I then waited patiently with no delivery month after month. I reached out several times asking for an update with a constant answer of "Production Delay". Then, in mid February 2024 I noticed the product no longer available on their website. I emailed in and receive a "let me look into this further" with no response for two further weeks. Well, I finally have my answer on February 29th, 2024, "Unfortunately, we are now out of stock of the following items in your order. Because of this, we've provided you with the appropriate refund." I waited from October 25th, 2023 to February 29th 2024 with No Delivery. Buyers Beware. Stay Clear.

GBStill haven't been refunded for a cancelled order Purchased $60 worth of items from them. Was told the items were going to be delayed and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was told I'd receive a refund in 3-10 days. Over 2 weeks went by, not a word from them. Finally I file a dispute with my credit card, and they get back to me nearly a month later saying they won't deal with me until I close the dispute. Still haven't gotten it resolved. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from their site.
