CAI purchased a Let it Be picture disc… I purchased a Let it Be picture disc from this website. It shipped, no problem. On receiving the vinyl, it is NOT a picture disc but a rerelease. Contacted them and was told that it was no problem, I would receive a prepaid return label. New service agent says no, I received the correct item according to the bar code. Still able to return but must pay for shipping. I have sent a picture of the listing. As a consumer, how would we know if the bar code was actually for a different product! Ridiculous! Would not recommend purchasing from there, customer service horrible!!!

GBStill haven't been refunded for a cancelled order Purchased $60 worth of items from them. Was told the items were going to be delayed and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was told I'd receive a refund in 3-10 days. Over 2 weeks went by, not a word from them. Finally I file a dispute with my credit card, and they get back to me nearly a month later saying they won't deal with me until I close the dispute. Still haven't gotten it resolved. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from their site.

AUScammers Scammers! I purchased a large order of LP'S & CD sent to Australia. They charged on the invoice Australian (VAT), which doesn't exist its GST! Cant be bothered to find out the correct terminology. The charge is totally wrong, goods under $1000 Australian dollars are not subject for import Tax. NO RESPONSE. Also several items are damaged due to their sloppy packaging which they charge top dollar for shipping+package. They replaced the cheapest damaged item & just ignore any follow-up on the other damaged item. AVOID!

CADo not order from u Discover Music Canada I ordered two exclusive records. It was shipped out but some how it ended up in the states due to the wrong address (somehow and someone changed it). After waiting about a week of waiting it was sent back to the warehouse. From my understanding they were just gonna ship it out and then I received an email that one of them is out of stock. Which makes no sense since I originally ordered two and they were sent. It is so hard to get ahold of anyone, you’re constantly playing email tag and you have a group of people responding to one email so it’s pretty confusing instead of one person. I’m not even sure what hours they work cause I get emails at all times. They seemed to respond fairly quickly when I was having issues tracking it down. Since now there is issues and refunds involved they aren’t so quick to respond.

GBI received a damaged item and emailed I received a damaged item and emailed. Although they took a while to respond (It was during the Covid situation) They replaced the item immediately, thought I'd have a nightmare having read some of the reviews on here, but they turned up trumps. Gave them 4 stars rather than 5 because of the delay in replying, but I was very pleased in the end.
