Purchase never ships Purchased vinyls on November 24th, 2023. It's now January 9th and my order still hasn't been shipped. Contacted customer support twice already and haven't got a single reply. Will be calling my credit card company to dispute this care since it seems Universal just simply stole my money.

Items won't be shipped for a month after purchase, and even then, if you reach out to customer service for help, there's like a 50% chance they'll tell you that your package was lost and all you're getting is a refund. At least with Taylor Swift's merchandise, it feels like no one cares about how awful the service is because they know people will still buy the merch.
