GBJust Don't. Placed a pre-order on an album in May 2023 with it's marked release being July 2023. July came and went. I eventually made contact with them asking where my order was on December 2023. I heard back from them in January with a generic "sorry we haven't received a shipment yet" message. I can now purchase this exact album/varient many other places both new and second hand as of today (27/02/24). Suffice to say they're lying through their teeth and couldn't care less. Please, if you value your money and want to actually receive what you pay for, DON'T purchase anything from these scammers.

GBđhated this Bought something expensive for Christmas when it was in stock, never showed up, customer service didnât get back to me, then two months later Iâm asking again and theyâre saying it âgot lostâ and then a month later theyâre saying whoops we donât got it after I contact them AGAIN. The only option shouldnât be a refund. This was supposed to be my big Christmas present for someone, and they ruined it, thanks guys!

GBPackage never arrived I sent an email out seconds after ordering asking a question. (November 23, 2023) I finally received an answer today (February 28, 2024) saying product was delivered December 7th. Well it was not, and I have no idea where they delivered my Christmas gift to, and I am sure I will never hear from them again!

CAI wish I had read these reviews. I wish I had read these reviews. Customer service (sic) is a(n unfunny) joke. The best is the tracking numbers that donât exist in any carriers system and the complete lack of meaningful communication outside of canned responses that they copy/paste IF they respond, which is almost never. Hates a strong wordâŚ.but appropriate. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

CASave your money & frustration level Placed an order Jan 24, 2024. They shipped a completely different item. They requested that item to be ret'd to them with tracking & print off required return info to include in return pkg - all at my own expense. I requested a refund in several emails & by note in ret'd item. They say to give them 10 business days once item is received back & "we will have your request accommodated". Tracking verified that the item was delivered back to them Feb 16, 2024 @ 2:08pm. I gave them 3 wks & asked where my refund is. They closed my ticket request saying it was "solved". It's now Mar 16, 2024 so I guess I can kiss $52.56 goodbye!!!
