Plain Theft. No refunds no customer service I bought something that was promised to arrive "on release date or before". That date passed. They don't have the item, the estimated date of shipping get pushed back every day and it's for next month now. They won't refund me. They say that I have to wait until they get the album, and when they ship it (it could be next year, who knows) I have to return it to them and only then, the refund "process" can start. At this point I'm sure that if the albjm ever comes and I return it, I would end up with nothing.

UMG is awful UMG is well known for abusing copyright law which not only includes copyright striking videos with music they don't own but also striking random videos and now trying to pull songs from TikTok muting thousands of people's videos effectively rendering then unwatchable all for greed. Two words UMG Sucks.

Purchase never ships Purchased vinyls on November 24th, 2023. It's now January 9th and my order still hasn't been shipped. Contacted customer support twice already and haven't got a single reply. Will be calling my credit card company to dispute this care since it seems Universal just simply stole my money.

😑hated this Bought something expensive for Christmas when it was in stock, never showed up, customer service didn’t get back to me, then two months later I’m asking again and they’re saying it “got lost” and then a month later they’re saying whoops we don’t got it after I contact them AGAIN. The only option shouldn’t be a refund. This was supposed to be my big Christmas present for someone, and they ruined it, thanks guys!

Just horrifically bad Just horrifically bad. Items won't be shipped for a month after purchase, and even then, if you reach out to customer service for help, there's like a 50% chance they'll tell you that your package was lost and all you're getting is a refund. At least with Taylor Swift's merchandise, it feels like no one cares about how awful the service is because they know people will still buy the merch.
