GBMe and my homies hate UMG I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG. Much like everyone else, I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order, and after receiving a tracking link that never updated, I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock (they don't). After 3 months of being strung along. Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here.

GBdon't even bother I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a customer service before and hope I never will be again. I bought a T shirt in size M through Billie Eilish's UK store and was very disappointed when it arrived. Firstly the quality of the print wasn't very good, but more importantly the T shirt was a lot smaller than advertised. It was 3.5 inches shorter than described on Universal's online size guide. I emailed the customer support telling them about this and asking for the correct measurements so I could buy a size that fits. The reply I got was about how to return it for a refund, which is not what I asked for. I asked again, and just got a link to the online size guide. After exchanging a few emails it was clear that I was interacting with an AI bot as the replies were so generic and were not addressing the issue at hand. I asked to speak to a person but was unsuccessful - they said that they "cannot attest to the size of every time in our store as we do not have access to that information", with the link for the size guide again, and that they could not exchange the T shirt for a smaller size. This was beyond frustrating. The emails I received were filled with random spelling mistakes and jarbled sentences that didn't even make sense. They did eventually offer me an exchange, but for a smaller T shirt, despite me repeatedly telling them that I needed a larger size. I was not getting through to them so I gave them some feedback and clearly stated I will accept an exchange for an XL size. They then replied saying once I gave them proof of postage they will process my refund (?!) which I did not ask for. I did not trust that they would exchange the T shirt if I asked again, so I accepted the refund and re-ordered an XL. I was however disappointed again, the XL was also 3 inches smaller than the size guide and the proportions were terrible. I have given up and will be returning this T shirt too. Additonally, the label on the packaging of this shirt said 'MENS', even though it is a unisex piece of clothing. Overall they showed a complete lack of competence and disregard for their customers' time and satisfaction. I am upset that Billie Eilish is continuing to partner with Universal because she has so many young fans that are completely let down by their services when all they want to do is support Billie and buy her merchandise.

GBI wish I read all the negative reviews… I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered. First of all, umusic hides behind a lot of artists e-store, so you may be interacting with them without knowing. Second of all, they have very crazy shipping prices. Last one to seal the deal, they are extremely irresponsible with shipping. One of my order took more than 6 months to get a proper update, and they refunded one of my item because it is no longer available... (after 6 months maybe?), and then charged me the same shipping rate for the rest of the items. I know for a fact that charge extra for shipping more items. And this is after me checking the website weeks after weeks seeing when they are going to send my order out - and they always lie and say it's in a couple more days. Terrible merchant, should be out of business. They are only around because they have monopoly in the labels industry.

GBPLEASE DO NOT USE PLEASE DO NOT USE. Bought my 12 year old daughter a Taylor Swift sweatshirt on 13th December for Christmas with next day delivery and here we are 29th January with still no item and no valid explanation and constant reminders that they are actually breaking trading laws by not supplying said item seem to go unnoticed. Happy to take your money but nothing else. No wonder Taylor is on the way to being a billionaire if this is how her record company do business

GBI would give a zero if possible I would give a zero if possible. They have screwed up over and over again, it's almost comical. They have sent wrong items on multiple occasions. They have failed to send replacements or refunds on multiple occasions. It takes them weeks to respond to customer service emails. I would highly recommend staying far away.
