Return requests ignored. Delayed shipment repeatedly. Now it's impossible to return items. Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back, and I've been waiting 17 days for a response. The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request, resulting in me having to email yet again. Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response. Will be going through my credit card to recover funds.

Avoid if you can Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ben waiting over 3 months for them to resolve my wrong order which would have been refunded 3 months ago due to a factory error. Instead here we are 3 months later with them replying once a week at best to my emails. So sad that musicians own merch uses this company as it lets all their fans down

Package never arrived I sent an email out seconds after ordering asking a question. (November 23, 2023) I finally received an answer today (February 28, 2024) saying product was delivered December 7th. Well it was not, and I have no idea where they delivered my Christmas gift to, and I am sure I will never hear from them again!

I would give a zero if possible I would give a zero if possible. They have screwed up over and over again, it's almost comical. They have sent wrong items on multiple occasions. They have failed to send replacements or refunds on multiple occasions. It takes them weeks to respond to customer service emails. I would highly recommend staying far away.

Plain Theft. No refunds no customer service I bought something that was promised to arrive "on release date or before". That date passed. They don't have the item, the estimated date of shipping get pushed back every day and it's for next month now. They won't refund me. They say that I have to wait until they get the album, and when they ship it (it could be next year, who knows) I have to return it to them and only then, the refund "process" can start. At this point I'm sure that if the albjm ever comes and I return it, I would end up with nothing.
