If it sounds too good to be true If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service. The whole premise is a straight lie. No integrity, no creativity, no worry. They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent. You can't return or exchange, either. It's like the reverse of city trash services. They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it's yours forever instead of forgotten about

These folks are scam artists These folks are scam artists. Do not use this subscription service. I thought this would be an incredible experience - I mean who wouldn't want vinyl curated based on your spotify playlist. I signed up January 2021 - it's currenlty March 29, 2021 and I have yet to received anything from Vnyl. After several attempts calling and through some pretty nasty emails / contact on social media, I was finally able to cancel my subscription. BUYER BEWARE!

VNYL is a great service, but... VNYL is a great service, but there are a few things that could be done better. I've loved most of the records they sent, but as other reviews say, some of them don't feel very curated, so that could maybe be improved on. Another thing is their subscription cancelation process, where you have to call or email about it (or you can use privacy.com cards, which is the easiest way), which takes a while. In my opinion, there should just be a cancel button. All in all, great subscription, but could definitely be better.

Absolute scam at best Absolute scam at best. They are over 3 months behind on shipping the vinyls. They now owe me two orders. Numerous follow up attempts to customer service who just say "we are sorry and will look into this". DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE PAID REVEIWS THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A JOKE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

When you give someone a gift through… When you give someone a gift through VNYL, they will make them add a credit card to your account and keep charging them past the gift date. There is no way to cancel your account online. They make you call or email, and no one picked up during business hours.
