After YEARS of paying monthly because i… After YEARS of paying monthly because i couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription, someone has finally listened and canceled my subscription. Went to make another attempt at reaching someone to see they’ve finally had enough of taking my money!!! Money I’ll never see again because they made it so impossible to speak to anyone. I’ll trash this company until the day i die

Not worth it at all The "curated" records are mostly garbage. You can only cancel by phone and the customer service representative takes you through a 20 minute rigamarole before you can cancel. Also, any unused credits are unavailable for use after you cancel but you you can't place multiple orders at a time, so if you miss a month, you basically don't get the records you paid for.

A confusing subscription I didn't receive a single package from them for 10 months because I did not select what "vibe" I wanted. They kept charging my account, however. When I called about a potential refund they could not issue one to me...only store credit for their tiny online record selection. If you do subscribe, be aware that you have to choose what "vibe" you want every month for your records to come, or they won't come at all.

If it sounds too good to be true If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service. The whole premise is a straight lie. No integrity, no creativity, no worry. They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent. You can't return or exchange, either. It's like the reverse of city trash services. They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it's yours forever instead of forgotten about

Waste of money and customer service sucks My daughter was very excited to get this subscription for Christmas...until we constantly had to contact customer service to see where our monthly order was. It takes a month to get a reply, and the empty promises that were made never happened. Save your money and go with a different record subscription!
