After filling out the artists and genres I like in detail and including access to my Spotify I was sent 3 albums that weren’t remotely related to anything I said I enjoyed or listened to. After receiving my shipment I tried to cancel my subscription by calling. Nobody answered so they sent me an email to address my concerns. I emailed back to say I wanted to cancel my subscription and after sending multiple emails they still have not replied. Since then I have been charged for two more months and have yet to receive my shipment from the first charge. Their entire service feels like one big scam. You are much better off shopping your local record stores or using discogs to get something you actually want.

GBOne of the worst experiences I've had purchasing something online I signed up for their album curating service and never received anything after over a month now since placing my order. No one ever answers their customer service number and it takes you directly to an answering machine that has a full inbox. Good luck trying to get someone to respond to you via email too. When they finally do they tell you curating takes up to "4 business weeks" whatever that means, despite their website saying it only takes 2-3 weeks for them to ship your order. There are much better vinyl curating services out there, avoid this scam company.

GBWaste of money with do many other… Waste of money with do many other record subscriptions out there. Customer service is non existent, monthly selections straight out of a bargain bin and when asked to actually send music I like was told we are a music discovery service. If that isn't bad enough no refund policy so once they get your money your ruined. The records are so bad I tried bring ten months of records (30) to the local pawn shops and couldn't get a $1 a record. Buyer please beware

GBAbsolute scam at best Absolute scam at best. They are over 3 months behind on shipping the vinyls. They now owe me two orders. Numerous follow up attempts to customer service who just say "we are sorry and will look into this". DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE PAID REVEIWS THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A JOKE THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

GBVNYL is a great service, but... VNYL is a great service, but there are a few things that could be done better. I've loved most of the records they sent, but as other reviews say, some of them don't feel very curated, so that could maybe be improved on. Another thing is their subscription cancelation process, where you have to call or email about it (or you can use privacy.com cards, which is the easiest way), which takes a while. In my opinion, there should just be a cancel button. All in all, great subscription, but could definitely be better.
