When you give someone a gift through… When you give someone a gift through VNYL, they will make them add a credit card to your account and keep charging them past the gift date. There is no way to cancel your account online. They make you call or email, and no one picked up during business hours.

After YEARS of paying monthly because i… After YEARS of paying monthly because i couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription, someone has finally listened and canceled my subscription. Went to make another attempt at reaching someone to see they’ve finally had enough of taking my money!!! Money I’ll never see again because they made it so impossible to speak to anyone. I’ll trash this company until the day i die

One of the worst experiences I've had purchasing something online I signed up for their album curating service and never received anything after over a month now since placing my order. No one ever answers their customer service number and it takes you directly to an answering machine that has a full inbox. Good luck trying to get someone to respond to you via email too. When they finally do they tell you curating takes up to "4 business weeks" whatever that means, despite their website saying it only takes 2-3 weeks for them to ship your order. There are much better vinyl curating services out there, avoid this scam company.

Insanely terrible Insanely terrible, only gave 2 because I got 2 out of 9 records that I actually like. My last order I ordered in august and it didn’t come until October. After weeks of emailing them to cancel I finally threatened to open a dispute in BBB and they gave me a full refund. I didn’t read reviews first and I was swept in by their deceptive marketing. No you won’t get P!ATD like they put in their ads, you’ll get country music from a band with 10,000 listeners on Spotify after you put no country.

This company is borderline unethical This company is borderline unethical. Their website is so poorly designed you can't tell whether or not you have even finished your order because you have to choose "vibes," and it's totally unclear that those vibes are what enable you to place an order. There are no clear steps. Meanwhile their marketing campaign is extensive and their customer support is both not helpful and slow. While I don't believe this is a scam, I will say it does NOT have your best interest at heart, and I look forward to when it will inevitably go out of business, as two people I know have dropped them as well.
