One of the worst experiences I've had purchasing something online I signed up for their album curating service and never received anything after over a month now since placing my order. No one ever answers their customer service number and it takes you directly to an answering machine that has a full inbox. Good luck trying to get someone to respond to you via email too. When they finally do they tell you curating takes up to "4 business weeks" whatever that means, despite their website saying it only takes 2-3 weeks for them to ship your order. There are much better vinyl curating services out there, avoid this scam company.

Ugh. Everything they sent me sucked. I didn't want it to contaminate my record collection. It was like getting deadstock of bands that never made it for a reason, plus one record based (poorly) on your actual tastes. They don't ask for feedback, so you can't encourage them in a different direction. Customer Service when cancelling was easy to deal with.

When you give someone a gift through… When you give someone a gift through VNYL, they will make them add a credit card to your account and keep charging them past the gift date. There is no way to cancel your account online. They make you call or email, and no one picked up during business hours.

If it sounds too good to be true If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service. The whole premise is a straight lie. No integrity, no creativity, no worry. They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent. You can't return or exchange, either. It's like the reverse of city trash services. They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it's yours forever instead of forgotten about

Not worth it at all The "curated" records are mostly garbage. You can only cancel by phone and the customer service representative takes you through a 20 minute rigamarole before you can cancel. Also, any unused credits are unavailable for use after you cancel but you you can't place multiple orders at a time, so if you miss a month, you basically don't get the records you paid for.
