GBGood, but some communication issues In general, I was happy with the process. However, the communication process was a little disjointed. I understand that this was partly on our side as I was the primary point of contact (3rd party Controller for the company) but I asked the President/CEO/owner (Pete) to respond to some questions. Consequently, some communication went to him and some to me. Also, I received an email about scheduling a final update call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time.
