GBGood, but some communication issues In general, I was happy with the process. However, the communication process was a little disjointed. I understand that this was partly on our side as I was the primary point of contact (3rd party Controller for the company) but I asked the President/CEO/owner (Pete) to respond to some questions. Consequently, some communication went to him and some to me. Also, I received an email about scheduling a final update call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time.

GBProfessional company ERC clearly explained the process, what their requirements were, and that they would be paid their (well-earned) percentage after we received our refund. After gathering and submitting all of the information AT needed, we signed the paperwork and left the rest up to them. Not many days later, we received their notification that our refund was being reviewed by the IRS. We must reserve our final comments and review until we have our refund in the bank, which could take weeks or even months, but so far, this has been a very positive process.

GBHighly recommend Company makes a confusing process very easy to complete. Staff very helpful. Communication is great and regular updates on the status provided. A pleasure to work with especially in these current times.
