Good, but some communication issues In general, I was happy with the process. However, the communication process was a little disjointed. I understand that this was partly on our side as I was the primary point of contact (3rd party Controller for the company) but I asked the President/CEO/owner (Pete) to respond to some questions. Consequently, some communication went to him and some to me. Also, I received an email about scheduling a final update call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time.

Agent Amy was outstanding to work with… Agent Amy was outstanding to work with in every way. Very clear in communicating how the entire process works. Kept me up to date on a regular basis as to the status of our application. All along the way also a very kind, compassionate, funny and personalble person to interact with. Went from thinking this offer was a scam to being persuaded by Amy it was the real deal. She was so right and so grateful to be connected with her and Accelerate. Highly recommend this company to process your application.

Great Job Guys!!! I highly recommend Accelerate tax! They helped me with processing for the ERC with the IRS. Their team was able to maximize my return and I received more than I initially thought I would get. I can't say enough about Lisa Nguyen she was especially helpful and thoughtful through the process.
