Agent Amy was outstanding to work with… Agent Amy was outstanding to work with in every way. Very clear in communicating how the entire process works. Kept me up to date on a regular basis as to the status of our application. All along the way also a very kind, compassionate, funny and personalble person to interact with. Professional company ERC clearly explained the process, what their requirements were, and that they would be paid their (well-earned) percentage after we received our refund. After gathering and submitting all of the information AT needed, we signed the paperwork and left the rest up to them. Not many days later, we received their notification that our refund was being reviewed by the IRS. We must reserve our final comments and review until we have our refund in the bank, which could take weeks or even months, but so far, this has been a very positive process.

Good, but some communication issues In general, I was happy with the process. However, the communication process was a little disjointed. I understand that this was partly on our side as I was the primary point of contact (3rd party Controller for the company) but I asked the President/CEO/owner (Pete) to respond to some questions. Consequently, some communication went to him and some to me. Also, I received an email about scheduling a final update call, but did not receive a call at the scheduled time.
