Continually followed up, and kept me up to date. I was recommended to AcceleratedTax, which gave me confidence in my decision to use their service. However, Sheena blew me away with her kind and attentive personal service! This experience went from something I was dreading to something that was easy and quick. I highly recommend them.

Professional company ERC clearly explained the process, what their requirements were, and that they would be paid their (well-earned) percentage after we received our refund. After gathering and submitting all of the information AT needed, we signed the paperwork and left the rest up to them. Not many days later, we received their notification that our refund was being reviewed by the IRS. We must reserve our final comments and review until we have our refund in the bank, which could take weeks or even months, but so far, this has been a very positive process.
