GBThe form 9325to have the ability to get… The form 9325 to have the ability to get this form that gives information on the acceptance of approval of transmitting of return or extensions for Corporations, trust, and non profits. One needs to be able to always retrieve it any time though out the year for printing. Therefore having no need to print right at the time of acceptance. Lending agents are asking for it and when one goes to print it is not there.

GBI has been with the software for 5… I has been with the software for 5 years now. The software is great except one thing that I report every year to make it change, but it still hasn't happened. The software doesn't calculate the under estimated penalties for self-employed people. My customers complain every year because they don't want to receive another bills from IRS after their tax returns were filed. It's very irritating. This year the software did calculate the under estimated penalties for states but NOT FOR THE FEDERAL. I don't know why software developer did not do it for the federal part?

GBThis is a User Friendly for a very good price. My Name is John and this is my Fourth Year using Taxslayer Pro. It is one of the most User Friendly Tax program I have ever Used. There Customer Service is always available to help with any Problem that I encounter. The new product that was offered this year which allows my Clients to Pay their Tax Prep Fee out of the Refund for only $15.00 was Just what I needed because i allowed some of my Customers to used the Honor System but all was not Honest. Thank You Santa Barbara for the low fee that you charged. My Customer Base increased because of it. Thank you.

GBNot totally satisfied The support personnel was not very knowledgeable and done were not very friendly. I also had trouble with returns needing rejected but I was not notified auth an ack until the client's started calling to what wad going on. One of my business clients return was left hanging gettin march to a few days ago when I haf to retransmit before it would give me an acceptance ack. Then it finally showed it was accepted in march. I like a lot if the features but the software freezes up often.
