This is a User Friendly for a very good price. My Name is John and this is my Fourth Year using Taxslayer Pro. It is one of the most User Friendly Tax program I have ever Used. There Customer Service is always available to help with any Problem that I encounter. The new product that was offered this year which allows my Clients to Pay their Tax Prep Fee out of the Refund for only $15.00 was Just what I needed because i allowed some of my Customers to used the Honor System but all was not Honest. Thank You Santa Barbara for the low fee that you charged. My Customer Base increased because of it. Thank you.

use of multiple years in dropdown Your programers need to label the tax year being used, without having to download an individual client to determine what program year you are using. Many times i will have multiple tax years downloaded but can't tell which one just looking at the initial screen. Tom Evans

So far, I am very pleased with my experience with TaxSlayer Pro, and, their follow-up on my cases when ever I found myself where it is difficult for me to understand a particular status, or the client's tax situation does not make it easy for me to complete.

When I filed When I filed, the software missed the deduction for my son dependent care. When I used freetaxusa for my wife it caught the error and others. I spent 37.99 for a return and 42 to amended that return. My wife's with a business was free. Will use free usa going forward. Plus free usa was cheap and 100% accurate!!
