Not totally satisfied The support personnel was not very knowledgeable and done were not very friendly. I also had trouble with returns needing rejected but I was not notified auth an ack until the client's started calling to what wad going on. One of my business clients return was left hanging gettin march to a few days ago when I haf to retransmit before it would give me an acceptance ack. Then it finally showed it was accepted in march. I like a lot if the features but the software freezes up often.

Software is great but we can still do… Software is great but we can still do better, web-based software can save us time if we can do a direct input on 1040 rather than going step by step on forms. year comparison and tax bracket rate of 15% etc on clients based on income. direct chat on troubleshooting on tax returns, when help arises and need. Business return and Partnership 1120S on Webbased than using 2 different software Desk top & webbased. Overall its great but need more tweak.

Great Service I spoke to Ms. Audrey - she was very helpful, professional and pleasant. She informed me about all the changes your company made regarding the tax programs (for example that classic does no longer allow for business returns preparation) and helped me in my predicament.
