Reporting hours is incredibly simple, tax filing is done for you throughout the year, and it makes the lives of busy professionals who are also busy parents juggling childcare so much easier. Highly recommend. It was a relief to find HomeWork Solutions. Everyone I spoke with was always courteous, professional, available to answer all my questions and helped me set up our account step-by-step, for one employee. They took away the stress that comes with payroll, meeting state requirements and paying all the taxes. I would highly recommend their services.

Very poor customer experience Very poor customer experience. I used HomeWork Solutions for our Nanny payments, which the system worked fine. I even recommended them to friends. However, after we quit using the service, a default in the system set up an automatic draft for Nanny services we never used. I was not given warning this draft was happening. Up calling the company for help, I understand the default was set and this was my error. Rather then help me through this, the customer service person was terrible to work with, condescending and I highly do not recommend this organization. I cancelled my account. Customer service is key - if you can't fix something at least don't be a jerk.
