Below standard service The service captures taxes ahead of actual payment to government. My nanny gets paid at a much later date than her salary is captured from our bank account. Response to our questions usually take several days to get resolved. All these issues to name a few, and the service is a lot more expensive than our previous nanny tax service (PayYourNanny.com)

Very poor customer experience Very poor customer experience. I used HomeWork Solutions for our Nanny payments, which the system worked fine. I even recommended them to friends. However, after we quit using the service, a default in the system set up an automatic draft for Nanny services we never used. I was not given warning this draft was happening. Up calling the company for help, I understand the default was set and this was my error. Rather then help me through this, the customer service person was terrible to work with, condescending and I highly do not recommend this organization. I cancelled my account. Customer service is key - if you can't fix something at least don't be a jerk.

Highly recommend. It was a relief to find HomeWork Solutions. Everyone I spoke with was always courteous, professional, available to answer all my questions and helped me set up our account step-by-step, for one employee. They took away the stress that comes with payroll, meeting state requirements and paying all the taxes. I would highly recommend their services.

Reporting hours is incredibly simple, tax filing is done for you throughout the year, and it makes the lives of busy professionals who are also busy parents juggling childcare so much easier. I was referred to Home Work Solutions… I was referred to Home Work Solutions by a family tax accountant when I took over bill paying and managing my aging parent's affairs. HWS has been so incredibly helpful to me. I am grateful for the support and knowledge they have provided me regarding payroll for round the clock caregivers. This has been an overwhelming job for me and HWS has guided me through the payroll process every step of the way which has truly made it possible for my mother to remain at home. They are always there to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend their services. I give them a five star rating!
