Let’s face it , if you want to do the right thing and pay your household employees correctly as ethically ( and comply with the law) it’s still incredibly stressful and time consuming . GBMy experience is not great with this…company My experience is not great with this company. I have been waiting 2weeks to receive the remaining of my earnings. Every time I call to inquire I’m told it will be in my accounts (Nothing)! Each time I call back they say the supervisor didn’t submit it! This is so freaking frustrating!!!! Excuses! I know plenty of people who would love a job!!!!! POOR Business and excuses😡 Do not send me a feedback! There’s nothing you can say. It’s been two weeks and 6 calls with the same answer.

GBFirst Time in 17 Years They Bothered to Ask 😕 The business is good. I’ve used them for 17 years. In those years, there have been limited issues. Nothing terminal, but nothing stellar, either. I’d like to think some - any! - recognition of our loyalty through the years might have merited a thank you or acknowledgement of our loyalty. In today’s digital world, it is so easy to deliver customer service and personalized experiences. Or, you can just keep taking the money and your customers for granted. I haven’t thought about it until now, it since they asked for this feedback and I think about my experience, it really ticks me off.
