GBThis was not a good experience This was not a good experience. I was not able to get a hold of anyone via the phone number that is provided for customer service. This was after I was charged for services. After hours on hold with no answer I gave up. I used text messaging provided on the web site but again no response was ever given. This was very misleading service and response time. I still do not know the outcome. I would avoid using this service if you need any customer service to answer any questions you have or to ask about status of returns.

GBE-filing does not take any time E-filing does not take any time. Why such long waits, I needed the return for my son's college and now I wonder it is even ok to file elsewhere too. I do not want two filings, specially if their software spit out different results, causing problems with IRS. This is the first time and the last time used.

GBI have used this service for a prior… I have used this service for a prior year with no problem. This tax season my return is taking weeks to process and no one is responding to my inquiries. There is no phone support. I am becoming very concerned about this process.

GBReturn rejected Ironic this happened on April 1st I got an email saying my return was rejected and I’d need to E-file AGAIN. They better not be charging me to do it again because the reason you even pay them is to check for errors. Huge scam. Wish I’d of read these reviews. I can’t find any record of anything being filed on the IRS website… maybe it takes time to update but if they had time to reject it I feel like there would be something?? Sketchy…

GBI've been trying to reach someone… I've been trying to reach someone regarding my return and you can never speak with a live person. You press 1 listen to the Que and then press 2 and it loops back to the beginning. Oh and there's never anyone available on their chat box. So I've even left a written message three times and still I cant download a copy of my return. Oh and Im mailing in and not filing electronically. I wonder how big of a mess that would be. I've contacted the IRS and made a complaint against them. If they are certified tax prepares, then the IRS may want to look into how they are operating and maybe investigate them. The do have my PII and that concerns me.
