Again I wish there was a zero stars I… Again I wish there was a zero stars I have tried over 10 times by phone and email to get a hold of a agent and even made clear that 2pm Central time is a good time but still nothing and now I have no choice but to call the BBB it's like take my money but that's! it not helpful at at all awful customer service I would not recommend😠😡

This was not a good experience This was not a good experience. I was not able to get a hold of anyone via the phone number that is provided for customer service. This was after I was charged for services. After hours on hold with no answer I gave up. I used text messaging provided on the web site but again no response was ever given. This was very misleading service and response time. I still do not know the outcome. I would avoid using this service if you need any customer service to answer any questions you have or to ask about status of returns.

I have used this service for a prior… I have used this service for a prior year with no problem. This tax season my return is taking weeks to process and no one is responding to my inquiries. There is no phone support. I am becoming very concerned about this process.

I needed to file for a previous year… I needed to file for a previous year quickly and this was a fast and effective system to work with. I received my copy by e-mail the same day which enabled me to get it in the mail right away. Since this program is much less expensive than others and I had a good experience I used it for filing my 2019 taxes. Hoping all goes just as smoothly. One thing I found annoying was that if I wanted to make changes to a section, it erased everything in that section instead of just allowing me to go in and change the one box I needed.

I shouldn't of ignored the negative… I shouldn't of ignored the negative reviews about this place. I threw my money away by getting involved with this company. Instead of doing good business, this company gave me the business. Because thats what it feels like at the end of the day. They are not for in it to help the consumer and that is and always will be the problem. You have to be able to read the fine print, only if you can read. This is my first time and only time that i'll be doing my taxes with them. The rumors are true. Bad people. Wolves in sheep clothing.
