I shouldn't of ignored the negative… I shouldn't of ignored the negative reviews about this place. I threw my money away by getting involved with this company. Instead of doing good business, this company gave me the business. Because thats what it feels like at the end of the day. They are not for in it to help the consumer and that is and always will be the problem. You have to be able to read the fine print, only if you can read. This is my first time and only time that i'll be doing my taxes with them. The rumors are true. Bad people. Wolves in sheep clothing.

Fraud. I see that many of the negative reviews have varying excuses as to why their documents cannot be received or traced. Shady. I am disputing this charge with my bank as fraud as this company has not yet released my simple tax return to even download. I would not recommend this site to anyone doing their taxes. Save yourself the trouble.

I wish I would have seen these reviews… I wish I would have seen these reviews before I filed. Now I’m pissed because I filed Feb 26th & here it is March 2nd like what’s going on!!?? Can’t get them to respond or answer the phone. Even called during their open hours and it said they were closed….

Don’t answer their support at all Don’t answer their support at all. Tried phone during business hours. Answering machine says to call back during business hours... No voicemail No answer to email No answer on Facebook No answer on Facebook messenger No answer on twitter.

Again I wish there was a zero stars I… Again I wish there was a zero stars I have tried over 10 times by phone and email to get a hold of a agent and even made clear that 2pm Central time is a good time but still nothing and now I have no choice but to call the BBB it's like take my money but that's! it not helpful at at all awful customer service I would not recommend😠😡
