GBI've been trying to reach someone… I've been trying to reach someone regarding my return and you can never speak with a live person. You press 1 listen to the Que and then press 2 and it loops back to the beginning. Oh and there's never anyone available on their chat box. So I've even left a written message three times and still I cant download a copy of my return. Oh and Im mailing in and not filing electronically. I wonder how big of a mess that would be. I've contacted the IRS and made a complaint against them. If they are certified tax prepares, then the IRS may want to look into how they are operating and maybe investigate them. The do have my PII and that concerns me.

GBI had to go back and forth between… I had to go back and forth between screens several times to assure the AGI was correct. There's still concern for me on this but I'm not the specialist as this program is supposed to be. Given those concerns I will have this reviewed by a "live" not virtual person. (And therefore incur more expense.) $80 to deal with virtual review people is too much $$$$$.

GBWhere the refund? They never make taxes available or e-file I used PriorTax to file my previous years taxes. I am expecting a refund and need it asap. Priortax advertised they can e-file my previous years taxes when most other sites cannot. Only reason I used them. I completed my taxes on Sunday. As of Friday, the status states my taxes are under final review before e-filing. Website states they only take 24 hrs to review. It's been 5 days and no change. I have submitted several comments via there online help platform. No response. States will receive a response back within 1-3 business days. The hours customer service is open are not very convenient. I only used Priortax because it was supposed to be fastest way to receive my refund. Turns out it might have been faster to mail them in at this rate. I'm starting to feel like this company is bogus.

GBI shouldn't of ignored the negative… I shouldn't of ignored the negative reviews about this place. I threw my money away by getting involved with this company. Instead of doing good business, this company gave me the business. Because thats what it feels like at the end of the day. They are not for in it to help the consumer and that is and always will be the problem. You have to be able to read the fine print, only if you can read. This is my first time and only time that i'll be doing my taxes with them. The rumors are true. Bad people. Wolves in sheep clothing.
