Saad Sultan is a lifesaver! I first found Prior Tax online when I had to file a lot of past returns due to a hardship in my family. Saad Sultan was the one who I was connected with when I requested the CPA review feature. Not only did he make the process of filing several old returns fairly painless, he helped me to file an Offer in Compromise which was successful and saved me thousands of dollars. He got me back on track and current with all my filing obligations, and I will continue to use him for all things tax related. Saad is pleasant, professional, understanding, and got things done in a timely manner. He answered tons of my questions and had a lot of patience. Highly recommend!

I needed to file for a previous year… I needed to file for a previous year quickly and this was a fast and effective system to work with. I received my copy by e-mail the same day which enabled me to get it in the mail right away. Since this program is much less expensive than others and I had a good experience I used it for filing my 2019 taxes. Hoping all goes just as smoothly. One thing I found annoying was that if I wanted to make changes to a section, it erased everything in that section instead of just allowing me to go in and change the one box I needed.

Fraud. I see that many of the negative reviews have varying excuses as to why their documents cannot be received or traced. Shady. I am disputing this charge with my bank as fraud as this company has not yet released my simple tax return to even download. I would not recommend this site to anyone doing their taxes. Save yourself the trouble.

I filed my tax return on 01/27 I filed my tax return on 01/27. I received a message indicating that due to a communication between Metabank and their representatives, I would not receive my return electronically and all funds would be returned to the IRS. This is gross incompetence. How could an organization who specializes in taxes make this mistake. To date, I have not received my tax return. I called the irs today and they are issuing a trace on my refund.

I had to go back and forth between… I had to go back and forth between screens several times to assure the AGI was correct. There's still concern for me on this but I'm not the specialist as this program is supposed to be. Given those concerns I will have this reviewed by a "live" not virtual person. (And therefore incur more expense.) $80 to deal with virtual review people is too much $$$$$.
