I have used this service for a prior… I have used this service for a prior year with no problem. This tax season my return is taking weeks to process and no one is responding to my inquiries. There is no phone support. I am becoming very concerned about this process.

I filed my tax return on 01/27 I filed my tax return on 01/27. I received a message indicating that due to a communication between Metabank and their representatives, I would not receive my return electronically and all funds would be returned to the IRS. This is gross incompetence. How could an organization who specializes in taxes make this mistake. To date, I have not received my tax return. I called the irs today and they are issuing a trace on my refund.

Fraud. I see that many of the negative reviews have varying excuses as to why their documents cannot be received or traced. Shady. I am disputing this charge with my bank as fraud as this company has not yet released my simple tax return to even download. I would not recommend this site to anyone doing their taxes. Save yourself the trouble.

Return rejected Ironic this happened on April 1st I got an email saying my return was rejected and I’d need to E-file AGAIN. They better not be charging me to do it again because the reason you even pay them is to check for errors. Huge scam. Wish I’d of read these reviews. I can’t find any record of anything being filed on the IRS website… maybe it takes time to update but if they had time to reject it I feel like there would be something?? Sketchy…
