Inaccurate The tax software was so broken that I was unable to file through them. They misquoted the taxes I owed by over $500. I talked with them over the phone 3 or 4 times trying to do my taxes and they were never able to resolve my issue. Every time I spoke with them they recommended me to upgrade my service and told me that I must be entering my information wrong. I contacted them through the bbb to try and resolve my issues with them and were not able to give me a resolution. I will never be using H&R again.

not only wasn't i able to e-file my… not only wasn't i able to e-file my return due to bad gateway or "internet access" when it appeared to finally be working, it said my code wasn't valid because too many submissions had been made! because their system was bad is why there were so many submissions! Secondly, when I went to submit my company state taxes the program repeatedly had an error and kept shutting down. I had to keep restarting the program and my computer to get it to work. Thirdly, when another user of the program attempted to even use the (same) state program, he could not even get the program to load/open and had to manually print the form and hand fill in since the program would not open. A previous year, when the program was downloaded, it deleted all the prior year program details and wasn't able to transfer to the current year.

Unacceptable Unacceptable company. I submit everything well in advance so that I can finally be contacted at the last moment or everything has to be rushed. And finally, the platform is supposedly down on the last day forcing me to finally give my card number over the phone. Customer service is obviously absent in these cases. I use a company to avoid this kind of inconvenience. Scandalous, flee this company

Last day of tax filing system and H&R… Last day of tax filing system and H&R Block announces it's filing system is down for maintenance. Didn't bother sharing that when they accepted my payment. How can your system be down on the last day to file return or request extension?

My husband and I have gotten our taxes… My husband and I have gotten our taxes done from H&R Block for the last twenty years. Our taxes are more difficult now because of all the things we have in our life. Debbie the accountant that prepared our taxes told us we would owe the government. My husband and I said we will make payment arrangement, as we have before. Debbie had to make some additions to our taxes so once the additions were made Debbie said we could e sign. We agreed. Debbie electronically sent our bank information to the IRS instead of honoring our request for us to make payments. The only reason Debbie had our bank information was because Debbie asked to have the number because we were getting money back from state. Debbie filed every filling electronically and submitted our banking information. So, my husband and my wishes were not honored. Money was taken out of our checking account that we never approved of. I was told by my bank because I called my bank immediately when I saw the transaction on my account. If you know a lawyer, please have them contact me. mhsteelers34aol
