Great rate on my original CD Great rate on my original CD, easy to set up a new account and transfer the funds, notifications sent as requested. Overall a very good experience. The reason for my rating of 4 was because there was no second notification of upcoming maturity. I’m certain that’s the industry standard, hoping that you won’t remember and it will rollover at the new lower rate, but wouldn’t it be nice to go above the norm and stand out in the market? I’m guessing they aren’t averse to sending reminders on past due loan payments!
