Professional experience I was very impressed with the help I got from beginning to end on getting all my info to you in timing manner. Everyone was courteous and made sure I understood all that was needed. My husband and I have had previous loans with you but this time is first without him to help.

Frustrating and chaotic Nancy was great. Very helpful. However, I was given conflicting information by subsequent employees. Too long a story to dictate here. Being told one thing by one employee, and something different the next day. We had to jump through many hoops to hopefully hit the finish line just to be told the finish line hade been moved yet again by underwriting. Final straw was being told we (sellers and buyers) had to drive over an hour to nearest branch for an appointment at 3 PM. When we all got there, nobody was available to help us at 3. In fact, nobody knew we were coming and they were totally unprepared to close this loan. One guy was at lunch, the other in a meeting. We had to wait 20 minutes to get to see someone. I was told I couldn’t bring a personal check or even a cashiers check (after having already been told I could. Fortunately I called ahead just to make sure) and was then told EECU would only accept $6500 in cash. When we handed over the $6500 to the loan guy, he handed it directly to the seller. The seller didn’t want cash, he wanted a check!! Just one small example of it seeming as if the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Many instances of conflicting information. And it didn’t seem as if anybody cared. Very very frustrating and confusing transaction. Didn’t need the stress!
