Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. She did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and keeping us informed at the same time. I can't say enough about Kim. Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage group provided what seems like a hundred hours of hands on guidance. Highly recommend Mutual of Omaha.
