Very easy process. Troy was great! Troy Casalone took great care and explained everything to me. I was very comfortable with him as I had no idea what to expect. Very professional and he explained each step.

Good experience At first we were very frustrated. Our first agent up and quit without any notification and our file was misplaced. We called the manager who sent us to another agent, who found our file, and then forwarded us onto Joe Forkner who was our savior. When he took over our file the loan proceeded fairly smoothly. We appreciate Joe's help, and knowledge to push us through to the end. I believe it would assist the application process if there was a loan packet sent to the customer informing the customer all paperwork required for the succession of the loan.

Lauren excelled in several areas Lauren excelled in several areas. She has excellent knowledge on reverse mortgages. She has great customer service skills. Above all, she was encouraging. Transaction Completed Successfully Mutual of Omaha, Blanca Rodriquez, put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. Other companies were so hard sell it made you feel something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage representative provided hours of guidance.
