Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had. Kudos to one of your BEST Employees Hi my name is Lisa & I had the most Wonderful experience working with Mutual of Omaha. My Loan Officer was Jonathan Pack. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers.
