Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages.
