Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process.
