Lauren excelled in several areas Lauren excelled in several areas. She has excellent knowledge on reverse mortgages. She has great customer service skills. Above all, she was encouraging. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring.
