Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had. Over the next month and a half, he was there to help and explain everything, whenever it was needed, in a very friendly manner. Made the process super easy. Thank you Johnathan Pack for all you do.

Very easy process. Troy was great! Troy Casalone took great care and explained everything to me. I was very comfortable with him as I had no idea what to expect. Very professional and he explained each step.

Was an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake
