Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring.
