Kudos to one of your BEST Employees Hi my name is Lisa & I had the most Wonderful experience working with Mutual of Omaha. My Loan Officer was Jonathan Pack. I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. His bubbly personality exuded in every conversation & he always called me back the same day to assist me in whatever I needed. Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today.
