It was a great experience It was a great experience. Working with Angie was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about the Reverse Mortgage. She helped us through all our questions and concerns. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had.
