Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had. Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today.
