Kudos to one of your BEST Employees Hi my name is Lisa & I had the most Wonderful experience working with Mutual of Omaha. My Loan Officer was Jonathan Pack. I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. I had inquired about a reverse mortgage… I had inquired about a reverse mortgage with Mutual of Omaha , leaving my contact information. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had. Over the next month and a half, he was there to help and explain everything, whenever it was needed, in a very friendly manner. Made the process super easy. Thank you Johnathan Pack for all you do.

Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring.
