I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. His bubbly personality exuded in every conversation & he always called me back the same day to assist me in whatever I needed. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. We closed quickly and funds were received quickly.

Rebecca Weiskittel resolved all our roadblocks Rebecca Weiskittel was extremely helpful in steering us through the Reverse Mortgage process. Our case was unusual because we have a townhouse in a condminium not approved by FHA plus there were potential clouds on the title. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers. We liked Mutual's long business record and how they administer the loan once it is finalized.
