Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. She did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and keeping us informed at the same time. I can't say enough about Kim. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns.
