Transaction Completed Successfully Mutual of Omaha, Blanca Rodriquez, put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.
