Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

It was a great experience It was a great experience. Working with Angie was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about the Reverse Mortgage. She helped us through all our questions and concerns. Always available when we needed her. Everyone else involved were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our appraiser, the notary and Angie. All very professional.

Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process.
