Kudos to one of your BEST Employees Hi my name is Lisa & I had the most Wonderful experience working with Mutual of Omaha. My Loan Officer was Jonathan Pack. I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. His bubbly personality exuded in every conversation & he always called me back the same day to assist me in whatever I needed. Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers.
