Transaction Completed Successfully Mutual of Omaha, Blanca Rodriquez, put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. Was an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake
