Was an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake

Lauren excelled in several areas Lauren excelled in several areas. She has excellent knowledge on reverse mortgages. She has great customer service skills. Above all, she was encouraging. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers. We liked Mutual's long business record and how they administer the loan once it is finalized.
