Transaction Completed Successfully Mutual of Omaha, Blanca Rodriquez, put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. Other companies were so hard sell it made you feel something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage representative provided hours of guidance. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. We closed quickly and funds were received quickly.

Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process. She eased my mind during the whole process as I was "on the ledge" so worried about doing a reversed mortgage. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. It was a great experience It was a great experience. Working with Angie was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about the Reverse Mortgage. She helped us through all our questions and concerns. Always available when we needed her. Everyone else involved were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our appraiser, the notary and Angie. All very professional.

Was an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake
