Transaction Completed Successfully Mutual of Omaha, Blanca Rodriquez, put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers. We liked Mutual's long business record and how they administer the loan once it is finalized.
