Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers. We liked Mutual's long business record and how they administer the loan once it is finalized.

Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process. She eased my mind during the whole process as I was "on the ledge" so worried about doing a reversed mortgage. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Good experience At first we were very frustrated. Our first agent up and quit without any notification and our file was misplaced. We called the manager who sent us to another agent, who found our file, and then forwarded us onto Joe Forkner who was our savior. When he took over our file the loan proceeded fairly smoothly. We appreciate Joe's help, and knowledge to push us through to the end. I believe it would assist the application process if there was a loan packet sent to the customer informing the customer all paperwork required for the succession of the loan.

Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had. Over the next month and a half, he was there to help and explain everything, whenever it was needed, in a very friendly manner. Made the process super easy. Thank you Johnathan Pack for all you do.
