Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. We were well informed about the program and what steps were needed to complete the loan. Do recommend Mutual to others. We talked to other Reverse Mortgage brokers. We liked Mutual's long business record and how they administer the loan once it is finalized.

Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. She did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and keeping us informed at the same time. I can't say enough about Kim. Rebekah Weiskittel Rebekah was the best to work with. She kept us updated as the process progressed. Called to check on us during the process.
