Lauren excelled in several areas Lauren excelled in several areas. She has excellent knowledge on reverse mortgages. She has great customer service skills. Above all, she was encouraging. I had inquired about a reverse mortgage… I had inquired about a reverse mortgage with Mutual of Omaha , leaving my contact information. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Johnathan Pack , a loan officer, with the most important call I ever received. Johnathan made it the easiest call I ever had.
