GBCan't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

GBWas an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake

GBGood experience At first we were very frustrated. Our first agent up and quit without any notification and our file was misplaced. We called the manager who sent us to another agent, who found our file, and then forwarded us onto Joe Forkner who was our savior. When he took over our file the loan proceeded fairly smoothly. We appreciate Joe's help, and knowledge to push us through to the end. I believe it would assist the application process if there was a loan packet sent to the customer informing the customer all paperwork required for the succession of the loan.
