Kudos to one of your BEST Employees Hi my name is Lisa & I had the most Wonderful experience working with Mutual of Omaha. My Loan Officer was Jonathan Pack. I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. His bubbly personality exuded in every conversation & he always called me back the same day to assist me in whatever I needed. It was a great experience It was a great experience. Working with Angie was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about the Reverse Mortgage. She helped us through all our questions and concerns. Always available when we needed her. Everyone else involved were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our appraiser, the notary and Angie. All very professional.

Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage group provided what seems like a hundred hours of hands on guidance. Highly recommend Mutual of Omaha.
