Kim Giberson was a delight to work… Kim Giberson was a delight to work with. We found her to be courteous, professional, and informative in all her dealings with us. When any questions or concerns arose she was quick to respond and address them all to our satisfaction. We recommend her highly for anyone pursuing a reverse mortgage!

Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage group provided what seems like a hundred hours of hands on guidance. Highly recommend Mutual of Omaha.

Good experience At first we were very frustrated. Our first agent up and quit without any notification and our file was misplaced. We called the manager who sent us to another agent, who found our file, and then forwarded us onto Joe Forkner who was our savior. When he took over our file the loan proceeded fairly smoothly. We appreciate Joe's help, and knowledge to push us through to the end. I believe it would assist the application process if there was a loan packet sent to the customer informing the customer all paperwork required for the succession of the loan.
