Lauren excelled in several areas Lauren excelled in several areas. She has excellent knowledge on reverse mortgages. She has great customer service skills. Above all, she was encouraging. I had reservations and many questions about reverse mortgages. I would/will recommend her to others and she definitely earned her five stars from me.

Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. She did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and keeping us informed at the same time. I can't say enough about Kim. Each individual we came in contact with were professional and always willing to assist. I hope to refer other candidates to Mutual of Omaha based on the service we received. Gene & Paul
