Personal rep kept us well informed. We liked having a "personal" rep to talk to. He was very patient with our concerns. Trustworthy Guidance While it is a complicated process the folks at Mutual of Omaha put us at ease and never got tired of explaining the nuances of the loan and detail questions we had. We felt we were given a highly tailored loan that fit all of our needs at that time. Other companies were so hard sell we felt something was wrong with reverse mortgages. Mutual of Omaha reverse mortgage group provided what seems like a hundred hours of hands on guidance. Highly recommend Mutual of Omaha.

Was an interesting learning experiences Was an interesting learning experience but to understand what a reverse mortgage is and how it works was needed. Did take longer than expected but now looking back at process and totally understand it I have no issues. It’s not something to rush through since you need to understand what it cost and how it works. Yes there are pros and cons so rushing thou it would have been a mistake
