Can't access my funds for a YEAR I explained to the agent that I needed money to live on Because I only have SS income. She DID NOT listen to me & set it up so that I can't even get access to my money for SEVEN more months!!!!! Worst decision of my life! So I'm left struggling to even have enough food to make it through every single month. This is the ENTIRE reason for getting a reverse mortgage, TO HELP ME IN MY RETIREMENT so I wouldn't struggle to live! Definitely will not recommend your company to anyone because I got screwed royaly.

Good experience At first we were very frustrated. Our first agent up and quit without any notification and our file was misplaced. We called the manager who sent us to another agent, who found our file, and then forwarded us onto Joe Forkner who was our savior. When he took over our file the loan proceeded fairly smoothly. We appreciate Joe's help, and knowledge to push us through to the end. I believe it would assist the application process if there was a loan packet sent to the customer informing the customer all paperwork required for the succession of the loan.

I'm compelled to write a review for him because he is such an Incredible person. He was very helpful in answering all my questions & explaining things I didn't understand. His bubbly personality exuded in every conversation & he always called me back the same day to assist me in whatever I needed. Outstanding Service and Assistance Kim, did a wonderful job managing our reverse mortgage experience. She was just a phone call away for questions and help. A dedicated individual with a great personality. A definite asset to your corporation and a willingness to assist, not often found in the Customer Service area of major corporations today. She did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and keeping us informed at the same time. I can't say enough about Kim. Blanca is number one. Blanca was so attentive and helpful through the whole procress. When I called her if she wasn't available she got right back to me. Made sure I was understanding the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Her processor was also above and beyond. They made the whole process easy and reassuring. We closed quickly and funds were received quickly.
