GBThey take cash back away from you They take cash back away from you! If you do not track it, you will lose money without realizing. I ordered a smartphone from Samsung and received $90 in cash back in January. Today I look that cash back has been mysteriously changed to $22. I had taken a screenshot of my previously received cash back because I knew that they do this.

GBMajor Issue with Temu and Rakuten I've had a major issue with Rakuten and Temu, with 15 orders on Temu that I've not received my cash back. Initially, I submitted to Rakuten and got a response that they never received the cash back from Temu. Temu has been no help, and I cannot find any way to email or call Rakuten. Rakuten needs to fix this with Temu and provide a way to contact them via email or phone.

GBGreat app, easy to use, good company, needs to add scanning store receipts. When shopping online, it was a simple and easy process to use the Rakuten to get coupons and discounts and cash back and we already received our first check! The only thing I really don't like about it is that I would have to enter my credit card or debit card to get instore shopping coupons and cash back and I am worried about the security of doing that. I wish they would add a function to scan store receipts to get cash back on instore purchases instead of risking security of my credit card or debit card. Scanning store receipts is a lot safer and easier for the consumer.

GBI have been with Rakuten since it was… I have been with Rakuten since it was Ebates and I love it. It's incredibly easy to use it online but instore is a different matter, I'm lost in knowing how to use it. Luckily I shop online more than I shop in brick & mortar stores.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. I bought a $750 robot vacuum from Walmart when rakuten was giving 12% through that Website. Somehow Walmart's system didn't catch that it came through Rakuten. Still Rakuten decides to give me the bonus. Took around 2 months but it was good to know they cared and it was important for them to try to resolve customer issues
