GBMajor Issue with Temu and Rakuten I've had a major issue with Rakuten and Temu, with 15 orders on Temu that I've not received my cash back. Initially, I submitted to Rakuten and got a response that they never received the cash back from Temu. Temu has been no help, and I cannot find any way to email or call Rakuten. Rakuten needs to fix this with Temu and provide a way to contact them via email or phone.

TWBeen using it since 2016, would recommend. Been using it since 2016, no unsolvable problem so far. Ran into a couple times when purchase weren't recorded, but customer service were mostly helpful. Would recommend. One downside I can think of is that their cashback aint always the highest, but other than that, good job!!

GBI love shopping with Rakuten I love shopping with Rakuten! Not only do they bring me to my specific shopping sites promptly, but they also make helpful suggestions for other sites I might otherwise not have considered. Plus all that, the cash back each quarter certainly helps my budget. Way to go Rakuten!

GBGood customer service Have been using rakuten for cash back for some years and they've all tracked pretty well and love they auto send you checks when conditions are met so I don't have to constantly keep track of things. Today I noticed one of my cash back didn't get credited. I reached out to customer service and they were able to resolve it right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to work with. This is the reason for my review today.

GBRakuten was once amazing but there are much better options out there Rakuten was once amazing. Over the past few years the app and the service has gone downhill. Previously all trips were captured and the process was great! Over the last few years, not all shopping trips are captured and manually following up has become increasingly time consuming. It’s not worth a few cents. Reaching out to customer service is mediocre at best. The process to get a reward for a shopping trip that wasn’t automatically identified is tedious and customer service provides canned responses with no real way to escalate or resolve. Note for potential users-Don’t use ANY coupons or promotions because that invalidates the slim possibility of having a reward for your (already tracked data) shopping.
