GBMajor Issue with Temu and Rakuten I've had a major issue with Rakuten and Temu, with 15 orders on Temu that I've not received my cash back. Initially, I submitted to Rakuten and got a response that they never received the cash back from Temu. Temu has been no help, and I cannot find any way to email or call Rakuten. Rakuten needs to fix this with Temu and provide a way to contact them via email or phone.

Astrid and Miyu kindly replaced it which they didn't have to do so I really appreciate the generosity! Zee even gave me tips on how to keep it better secured next time. A happy customer :)

Recently I had gone through a series of bugs or glitches with the automated claim, but each time the Rakuten team has been quick to resolve each and every one of them professionally and with kindness. I highly recommend this service. The staff is amazing!

GBRakuten Rocks! Rakuten is the best app ever! Not only does it give you money back but it works very well and always accurate. The customer service is also very friendly and responsive in case of missing cash back. I wish all other apps and websites work like Rakuten then the world will be a better place 😀!!!
