GBGreat customer service Great customer service. I bought a $750 robot vacuum from Walmart when rakuten was giving 12% through that Website. Somehow Walmart's system didn't catch that it came through Rakuten. Still Rakuten decides to give me the bonus. Took around 2 months but it was good to know they cared and it was important for them to try to resolve customer issues

GBGreat App - Consistently Works I enjoy online shopping using Ratuken for the cash back - especially when stores have specials on larger cash back bonuses. Payout is quick. If a shopping trip is somehow not accounted for, adding it is fast and easy. It would be nice if I could add my department store credit cards to use for in-store purchases.

PKRakuten.com Rakuten.com, often referred to simply as Rakuten, is a Japanese e-commerce company based in Tokyo. It operates one of the largest online marketplaces in the world, offering a wide range of products and services. In the United States, Rakuten operates as an online marketplace where consumers can purchase items from various retailers. Rakuten.com functions similarly to other e-commerce platforms like Amazon or eBay, allowing third-party sellers to list their products for sale on the site. Customers can browse through a vast array of categories including electronics, clothing, home goods, beauty products, and more. Rakuten is known for its cashback program, where customers can earn rewards on their purchases, making it a popular choice for savvy shoppers looking to save money. In addition to its marketplace, Rakuten offers other services such as travel bookings, financial services, and digital content, further expanding its reach and offerings to consumers.

GBRakuten was once amazing but there are much better options out there Rakuten was once amazing. Over the past few years the app and the service has gone downhill. Previously all trips were captured and the process was great! Over the last few years, not all shopping trips are captured and manually following up has become increasingly time consuming. It’s not worth a few cents. Reaching out to customer service is mediocre at best. The process to get a reward for a shopping trip that wasn’t automatically identified is tedious and customer service provides canned responses with no real way to escalate or resolve. Note for potential users-Don’t use ANY coupons or promotions because that invalidates the slim possibility of having a reward for your (already tracked data) shopping.

GBI have been with Rakuten since it was… I have been with Rakuten since it was Ebates and I love it. It's incredibly easy to use it online but instore is a different matter, I'm lost in knowing how to use it. Luckily I shop online more than I shop in brick & mortar stores.
