Live Oak really is very educated about the funeral profession which makes for easy business dealings! Local banks just make you "jump" through too many loops!! Takes forever to get a loan..............

GBBank that Cares This bank is very responsive. One time I had an issue and even the CEO got proactively involved in calling back. WOW! This bank and its team truly cares. That is the type of bank we want backing us up.

GBNot what it used to be Love the interest. Online banking has lots of features. Not as great as it once was. The website is down or not functioning more often now. Customer service, once outstanding, can no longer correct errors because the company adopted a policy in the summer of 2023 where the computers decide everything. If an incorrect hold is put on your money, customer service & IT can do NOTHING. The computer system makes ALL your banking transaction decisions. Period. Customer service can't explain why other than to say the "Systems decides transfer rates and holds" So people no longer make decisions at Ally Bank, you are at the Whim of AI.

GBLive Oak Bank always answers the phone! Live Oak bank always picks up the phone, speaks English well, and has people who both know what they're talking about and care. I thought this was canceled in favor of press 1 to be ignored in English, press 2 to be randomly disconnected and directed to a website that provides no answers. Thank you Live Oak Bank. Also 4% interest on personal or business accounts!
