GBGood Phone Support In my experience, Live Oak no longer responds to email support requests, so they should just drop email as a support channel. However, their phone support is so good that I'm going to give them 5 stars anyway, and I've been using their phone support a lot while moving my business accounts from their old banking platform to their new one. The phone support people are native English speakers, they are knowledgable, patient and courteous, the phone connections are very good, and there is no background call center noise. I wish phone support for my business credit card company was even half this good!

GBDifficult to move money between Live Oak Bank and other banks Moving money between Live Oak Bank and my accounts in other banks is painful. In general, Live Oak Bank doesn't accept check made to myself. I had to set up ECH for that, and Live Oak Bank seems to have a fairly low limit on amount of money one can transfer out/into Live Oak bank via ECH per month.
