Honest to god human customer service… Honest to god human customer service who took the initiative to follow up with me. Got to deal with the same person over a couple of days so I did not have to start over with each contact as most places make you do.

Lack of admin access (read only) for… Update: they now have new products that offer this. Up tp 5 stars if works! Lack of admin access (read only) for our CPA/Bkpr is a major limitation and seems completely unnecessary. All other business accounts I've ever heard of have this. If you can fix this within 30 days, I will not have to take my business elsewhere. Tx.

Everything has been handled well except… Everything has been handled well except for remote deposits. I was given several different deposit requirements until we were able to determine exactly what was necessary to complete a valid deposit. The deposit routine on the website crashes in certain instances!!! This was extremely frustrating! No one at Live Oak could provide any help or advice as to what was happening.
