Good Phone Support In my experience, Live Oak no longer responds to email support requests, so they should just drop email as a support channel. However, their phone support is so good that I'm going to give them 5 stars anyway, and I've been using their phone support a lot while moving my business accounts from their old banking platform to their new one. The phone support people are native English speakers, they are knowledgable, patient and courteous, the phone connections are very good, and there is no background call center noise. I wish phone support for my business credit card company was even half this good!

Great high-yield savings account for… Great high-yield savings account for our small business. Easy to sign up, transfer funds, earn interest, and connect the account to our QuickBooks for tracking. One point of feedback on the QuickBooks integration with Live Oak is that we always have to re-authenticate it every month to keep it syncing, but this is a minor annoyance overall.

Not what it used to be Love the interest. Online banking has lots of features. Not as great as it once was. The website is down or not functioning more often now. Customer service, once outstanding, can no longer correct errors because the company adopted a policy in the summer of 2023 where the computers decide everything. If an incorrect hold is put on your money, customer service & IT can do NOTHING. The computer system makes ALL your banking transaction decisions. Period. Customer service can't explain why other than to say the "Systems decides transfer rates and holds" So people no longer make decisions at Ally Bank, you are at the Whim of AI.
