Web based experience The web based information works very well with no technical problems.

Everything has been handled well except… Everything has been handled well except for remote deposits. I was given several different deposit requirements until we were able to determine exactly what was necessary to complete a valid deposit. The deposit routine on the website crashes in certain instances!!! This was extremely frustrating! No one at Live Oak could provide any help or advice as to what was happening.

Interest on the business savings is… Interest on the business savings is fairly decent, main issue is zero compatibility with with Apps like NAV and Dunn & Bradstreet for Cash flow management, no business credit cards or lines of credit.... not very helpful for startups and new businesses. Still a better choice than the mainstream big banks though.
