Redeem CD Gave instructions to redeem CD a few days after term. Called in and advised CSR you terminate and gave reason that better rate available. Sent in secure message as instructed. Received message today call Connect 5. Wanted to know reason for termination. Second time advised better rates available. Finally received funds a week after initial request.

I had the ability to go online and check on my accounts and investments. They consistently sent me updates about upcoming dates such as date of maturity for CD's, growth 'To Date' etc.

Account Closure/Opening I was attempting to close one account and move the funds to another. The process was incomplete, and I received an error message indicating I had been logged out. I sent an email explaining what happened and asked for assistance to be sure what I wanted to accomplish was actually accomplished. A representative responded in a timely manner.
