Quick and easy The website is easy to use. Have your information ready. Took about 10 minutes. I was also able to communicate easily when I had a question. Confirmations were emailed to me right away. The app is also easy to use and pretty thorough, as far as the account information you can obtain without having to go through the website. Altogether highly recommend.

Extremely unfriendly user interface Extremely unfriendly user interface. Very primitive, and counterintuitive. Many tasks are hard to do - for example I spent a lot of time figuring out how to communicate with customer support and had to use phone for this purpose. Also, it's not clear how to see transactions. This is the worst web interface I've ever seen, seriously. You have to replace your web team.
