GBAccount Closure/Opening I was attempting to close one account and move the funds to another. The process was incomplete, and I received an error message indicating I had been logged out. I sent an email explaining what happened and asked for assistance to be sure what I wanted to accomplish was actually accomplished. A representative responded in a timely manner.

GBI have been with Bank5 Connect for a… I have been with Bank5 Connect for a very long time and will never leave. If I do have an issue, which is practically never, it is addressed quickly. Thanks to Bank5.

GBExtremely unfriendly user interface Extremely unfriendly user interface. Very primitive, and counterintuitive. Many tasks are hard to do - for example I spent a lot of time figuring out how to communicate with customer support and had to use phone for this purpose. Also, it's not clear how to see transactions. This is the worst web interface I've ever seen, seriously. You have to replace your web team.

GBProfessional Bank5 Connect was very professional in every aspect of dealing with them. When I requested a check for my matured CD, the Express mailed it.
